Ask the Lonely! Would find it hard to choose between Faithfully and Why Can't This Night Go On Forever.
Both great tracks.

I've selected a few from the heavy rock genre which, in some cases, would not be the most obvious...
AC/DC - Touch Too Much
Ozzy - Flying High Again
Black Sabbath - Wishing Well
Aerosmith - Combination
Kiss - Take Me
Ted Nugent - Venom Soup
Iron Maiden - Total Eclipse
Motorhead - The Chase is Better than the Catch
Whitesnake - She's a Woman
Scorpions - Make it Real
Hendrix - Fire
Styx - Great White Hope
Really interesting selection that.
I could pick tracks by most of those bands.
I was at work this morning when Faithfully by Journey was playing and I love that track, that or maybe Only the Young.

2700 visas under the Homes for Ukrainians scheme but no idea how many are actually in England, what a disgrace.

I’d have Mel back with one condition.
That he makes Chris Martin his first signing.

Our company has announced that from April 1st Covid absence will be treated the same as any other absence. Up till now they've paid SSP from day one, now it will revert back to normal sick pay where you don't get paid for the first 3 days of sickness.
So anyone with symptoms will now come to work and share the joy.
I assume this is the same everywhere and Covid is no longer an issue?
Ours has been back to normal for a couple of months but you can use your holiday ?.
No one has been interested in COVID for months really,it’s over.

It’s easy to work out why we’re skint.

Got the book on audible a while back and it’s really interesting.

Another utter belter...
Judas Priest - "Run Of The Mill" (K K Downing)
I fell in love with this band upon hearing this song back in 1974. Of course, Priest are synonymous with the voice of one of the greatest metal front men of all time, the legendary Rob Halford. This is still, overall, my all-time favourite song by anybody ever.
Live Priest and I didn’t know this track…cheers.

You ask people to name the guitarist, then don't bother to name him ?.
It was Steve Lukather from the band Toto. ?
I should have known that.
His solo in Hold the Line is great, first take?

Band,song and guitarist please.
Set me off listening to Lionel Ritchie Running with the Night on TV,not sure who the guitarist is.

. It was said of Priti Patel, she is the sort of woman who would unplug your life support machine to charge her mobile phone

Indeed.
Patel’s parents arrived in the UK after fleeing persecution in Uganda, in the lead up to Amin’s coup.
For her to do what she’s doing to Ukrainian refugees is shows how debased she has become!
It’s pathetic,is this the best we can do.

My wife and I have seriously discussed the possibility of offering our spare bedroom to a refugee. (Mum and a Child). I actually believe hundreds of thousands of people in this country will do the same.
Are there others on here who are considering doing the same?
Me and @Mrs Conehave spoken about it and we’d take a teenage lad ideally but we can fit a youngster in.
