Seen as we’ve met you plus I think I’m a fairly good judge of character perhaps I should give you a character reference(for what it’s worth).
Firstly I think people might be surprised if they met you.
A very quiet polite and inoffensive young man and a very happy, smiley non confrontational drinker.

Wow that's a bit strong, but your point of view so fair enough, I for one think dark fruits ram, is a normal level headed young man who loves watching and supporting his team he is deffo not a hooligan, and at his age a few beers and supporting his team in the right way is not against the law, nice to see young men at matches and not playing video games.

I'll say this with two qualifiers:
    1) Her response to you was completely out of order.
    2) Focusing on the opposition fans to the point of making the game a sideshow is a bit ridiculous.
But, there's nothing wrong with the odd hand gesture to the opposition fans IMO. It's part of the theatre. There's not much better than giving the home fans some after your team score. Leeds away tends to be a highlight for that.

Good reply young man ,bit different in a football crowd than say in a car with a bit of road rage for instance .A good guide is if you start the old fist shaking / banker signs on a one to one basis etc you have to be prepared to go all the way

Sorry got to question your view on why the odd hand gesture is ok ,, where’s the line ? Things escalate ,who’s to blame ,the one who starts it or the one who finishes it ? Now don’t get me wrong I’ve been an idiot at games as a kid but as you grow up you hopefully learn to act better , you strike me as a nice enough lad at heart but you’re views on drinking to excess and this kind of thing are very naive

It might have been a poor decision on the part of the police, but the blame for any trouble should almost always go to the fans. It's not hard to stand around for five minutes when it's clear that the aim is to try and make things safer for people. I was right in the middle of it all and never would have dreamed of trying to fight the Forest fans.

Yes I was perfectly happy to stand there waiting until we'd be let through. However trying to hold a crowd of up to 2000 restless people back with no communication as to how long it would be for and then in what direction they would be moved on was only asking for trouble and the inevitable surge happened.

I watch a lot of Eddie Hearn. His shows tend to be the best. Just pulling him up on contradictions he's made.
KSI and Logan Paul will put on a boxing match of the same standard you get from white collar boxing.
    They're only doing 6 rounds aren't they?
    They'll be fit and strong-ish. That's it.
This will be about as much PPV boxing as a football charity match.
Boxers spend their lives learning ring craft, footwork. Fine tuning their balance. Learning how to unbalanced an opponent. Learning how to take huge shots but have the balance to ride it.
It is like a football charity match between Man City fans and Liverpool fans. And the sets of fans claiming they could beat some Premier League teams like KSI said he could beat some boxers. If he steps in with a cruiserweight of even British standard like Isaac Chamberlain he will get blasted to the floor.
The footwork and balance and all the little feints etc that professional boxers do takes years to incorporate into their skillset.
I know it's all over YouTube. I'm sick of seeing their fake play acting with Shannon Briggs (who's now tried everything to be relevant. I mean everything!)
The fight doesn't do any harm exactly. But this is not a sport to feck around in. It's not a sport you want to start settling your beef. Not in a professional scenario.
If one gets hurt then people might realise this ain't a game. And if neither get hurt are we going to see more of this stuff? What happens when one bloke is far less prepared than the other.
They're playing at a dangerous game. Half the viewers will be thinking boxing is about who's "harder" and "punches hardest"
Like when McGregor got toyed with by Mayweather. He's lucky it was exhibition stuff for Floyd. McGregor is a tough guy who fights for a living. But he bit off way more than he could chew against a retired 'old man'. Luckily it was all very WWE once inside the ring too

    Forest fan: "That your dog?"

    Derby fan: "Aye"

Forest fan: "Mind if I speak to him?'

    Derby fan: "Dog don't talk.”

Forest fan: Hey dog, how's it going?"

    Dog: "Doing all right."

    Derby fan: (look of shock)

Forest fan: Is this your owner?" (Pointing at the Derby fan)

    Dog: "Yep."

Forest fan: How's he treating you?"

Dog: "Real good. He walks me twice a day, feeds me great food and takes me to the park once a week to play."

Derby fan: (Look of total disbelief!)

Forest fan: "Mind if I talk to your horse?"

    Derby fan: "Horse don't talk.”

Forest fan: "Hey horse how's it going?"

    Horse: "Cool."

Derby fan: (Extreme look of shock!)

Forest fan: "Is this your owner?" (Pointing to the Derby fan)

    Horse: "Yep."

Forest fan: "How's he treating you?"

Horse: "Pretty good, thanks for asking, he rides me, brushes me down often and keeps me in a nice stable to protect me from the weather."

Derby fan: (Look of total amazement!)

Forest fan: "Mind if I talk to your sheep?"

Derby fan: "That sheep's a liar!!”

I disagree with a lot of what you’ve said in that post, but this is the thing I have the biggest issue with. Of course, they haven’t spent their whole lives dedicated to boxing, but they’ve been living the lives of professional boxers for months now. No drinking, eating properly, training multiple times a day and getting in serious shape. I know very little about boxing so I won’t have any idea of the standard they’re at, but I do know that they’ve both worked extremely hard for this. It’s all anyone is talking about on YouTube at the minute.

I refuse to post this in other sport..or the boxing thread.
Mind boggles people are paying to watch it. Eddie Hearn... legend in his own lunchtime.
Notwithstanding they aren't credible sportsmen...they have made their fame and fortune by having access to free media outlets and now are charging people to watch them. Horrible

Anyway, when are we all getting Rooney hair transplants?, so we are all ready, for the Wayne Rooney debut for Derby County.
I think Mel should get one, and then treat all the baldies at Derby for one. Nice little RamsTV Derby in the Community video of thousands of Rams fans putting there trust in some company fixing us all up with a wonderful hair transplant.
@David and @uttoxram75 first and second after Mel and then the rest of us baldies just pile in afterwards, none of this fancy having to make an appointment like giving blood these days. Just turn up at the Wayne Rooney Hair Transplanter School of Hardknox and bingo!
Ohhhhh he looks good in black..................it helps the hair to shine on!

The rest fall between poor and good.
The season was something to build on for Frank Lampard. He did what he came to do. Except he was brought in for stability.
It was far from excellent. So frustrating in most parts.
And i'm not having that the season before was awful.. there was much more excitement under Rowett than people give him credit for.
