No one was nutty enough to tell me this, but when I was around five I became convinced that if a car would run over my foot, it wouldn't hurt a bit.  I decided to test my theory at a nearby busy road.  I stood on the edge of the sidewalk and when I spotted a car driving close to the road's edge I quickly stuck my foot out, but much to my irritation, the drivers always swerved away at the last second.  This time I would succeed though, for a big wide lorry truck was coming, yet just before I was able to shoot my foot out some fellow who had observed me yanked me backwards, yelling, what the hell are you doing you crazy kid. 
I learned from that episode that adults can be really annoying.

If I were his agent I'd try to find a club abroad. I think he needs a time out from the English game, but yes, I absolutely agree he has to leave Utd. He's clearly not happy there.

Quite possibly. I was wondering yesterday if a move away from United might do him good. But not sure whether anyone would be willing to pay the fee United would expect and the wages he'd expect given his lack of consistency.

I think he's fallen out of love with the game and possibly a deal of the Utd fanbase. It's a shame as when he's on it, he's almost unplayable. 

I’m similar to you. Went to uni at 18, around 6 foot and 10 stone wet. Went to the gym inconsistently for a few years, then really started counting the calories after I graduated and got up to around 13 stone. I’m back down to 12 stone now but am hoping to get back up again soon.
When I first started, I had frequent lower back spasms. I went to a physio, he gave me a few stretches to do every day (I do them any time I exercise), and that largely sorted it.
I’ve started upping the cardio in the last year or so (part of the reason why I lost weight), and have had minor issues with knees, aches and pains. So I swapped some of my heavier squats (5 sets of 5) to lighter ones with more reps (3 sets of 12). Seems to have helped a little bit, but if the physio gives you any tips, let me know!

Yes. That's easy to say with hindsight though. It's also a very different proposition trying to break into a Championship playoff team with Mount/Huddlestone/Bryson in front of you in the pecking order than breaking into a league one team. It seemed an odd time to release him though. 2019 was the summer that Mel realised he was in trouble with the finances and Cocu was encouraged to use talents produced from our academy. Surely Elsnik could've competed for game time with Bird/Sibley/Knight.

Wildsmith has been a solid performer for us, absolutely. I don't think he really gets too much criticism from supporters either. He's had some blunders this year, but every goalkeeper at this level will do that. It's why they're in League One.
Wildsmith spent 9 seasons in the Sheff Wed team without ever pinning down the starting job and he's made more appearances in two years with us than he ever did with Sheff Wed - and that's with him losing his place in the team to Vickers along the way. 
Ultimately, though, as I said: I can see Warne looking at the goalkeeping position as an area he would want to improve on in the summer. I genuinely think Vickers was brought in to challenge Wildsmith rather than back him up, and I half suspect they anticipated on him winning the job. If not for terrible off-field events and injury then perhaps he may have even done so. 
Even so, whether we've offered him a contract or not, I don't believe Warne see's him as a lock for his position for the foreseeable future. I would think any contract would run roughly in-line, albeit with a small increase, on his current deal and I think he believes there is better out there - Christian Walton who is out of contract at the end of the year from Ipswich as one I'd keep my eye on. 
Rotherham, under Paul Warne, always had an eye for a goalkeeper. When he took over as manager the two keepers on Rotherham's books were two that we know well - Lee Camp & Lewis Price. As well as Richard O'Donnell. 
He then signed Marek Rodak on loan, who we know is a good keeper, in his first full season at Rotherham. He then went on to sign Daniel Iverson, again a very good goalkeeper, before landing on Josh Vickers & Viktor Johansson - with the latter being renowned as one of the best in his position in the League. I think he's even earned a full Sweden international cap recently too. 
I just wonder if he's been around those players, more so his goalkeeping coach who he very much trusts, and thinks we can do better? 

I don’t believe so. It’s £3 for the month and there’s been quite a few on there with stories about the Rams. Cram as many in as you can before the months up.

unfortunately my caffeine tolerance is really high and i dont get anything from it and anything more than what i currently have sets of migraines haha. Energy drinks are one of the worst things you can have so ive stopped having them 

If you're struggling to get up for or enjoy the gym, caffeinated pre-workout is a miracle. 

I recently discovered this and it was swiftly added to the summer driving playlist

You have to credit Warne for seemingly building a great culture at the club. He’s achieved something that he talked about from day one.

The book is better than his radio, you get the content without the 'personality'

As much as I love the bloke and I'm glad that he's got a great gig, he very much looked like he was slowing down 5 years ago.
