Oh right, are they just reflective and not actually lit? I've never paid much attention🤣 -
Nonsense you grew up believing

I'm trying to figure this one out, do tell! -
If the bald barsteward still owned us now, we’d spend all summer pursuing Hughes and pay him outrageously unaffordable wages to huge excitement from the fans, only for him to be a crock of poo signing.

This annual thread is one of this forum's proudest traditions. Love it. -
I think we'd be entering into rallying cry territory as we head into the final four games. He'd be bloody loving it.
-
Quite possibly. I was wondering yesterday if a move away from United might do him good. But not sure whether anyone would be willing to pay the fee United would expect and the wages he'd expect given his lack of consistency.

Do the Patreon episodes get posted on Youtube eventually?
-
Yeah but then I'd have to mention the left

It's a shame that he's probably not going to reach the ultra-elite level that he had the potential to reach. Seems like a mentality thing. He's been public about mental health issues in the past, so I hope he's well. But he'll never be considered truly elite until he finds some kind of consistency.

I’m similar to you. Went to uni at 18, around 6 foot and 10 stone wet. Went to the gym inconsistently for a few years, then really started counting the calories after I graduated and got up to around 13 stone. I’m back down to 12 stone now but am hoping to get back up again soon. When I first started, I had frequent lower back spasms. I went to a physio, he gave me a few stretches to do every day (I do them any time I exercise), and that largely sorted it. I’ve started upping the cardio in the last year or so (part of the reason why I lost weight), and have had minor issues with knees, aches and pains. So I swapped some of my heavier squats (5 sets of 5) to lighter ones with more reps (3 sets of 12). Seems to have helped a little bit, but if the physio gives you any tips, let me know!

I recently discovered this and it was swiftly added to the summer driving playlist

You've just awoken a forgotten memory. What a circus that whole period was. Him, Kirchner and the Fake Sheikh. -
Bang on. I agree with the vast majority of his opinions, but his demeanour just rubs me up the wrong way. Puts me off following his stuff.

If you're struggling to get up for or enjoy the gym, caffeinated pre-workout is a miracle.
-
You admitted to deliberate trolling. The content of the post was irrelevant. Let’s leave it there and enjoy a decent away point.

Previously banned for Wumming. Allowed back by David. Nothing wrong with second chances. But you lose the benefit of the doubt.
-
Yeah, posting it in the matchday thread just as we secure a crucial point isn't obvious wumming at all. I'm serious.
-
You were banned before for admitting to deliberate WUMing. Settle down. The banhammer is twitching.
-
Great point, despite losing the leads. I'll take that all day long.

This assumes we're always in control of the game state. I doubt Warne told them to sit deep and invite pressure. They just gained the momentum.
