Trying to work out possible scenarios here, so bear with me
We know that MM didn't pay the players on at least one occasion, because he was expecting the new owner to be in place - so not inconceivable that he also missed an instalment of his MSD repayments for the same reason.
Curious to know if the MSD loan has continued to be repaid since we've been in Admin, or whether the payments were frozen until we came out of admin? If that were the case, then it may go some way to explain why MM chose to go down the admin route

Lest we forget the legendary Wardrobe played for England U-19s but later decided that he would much rather turn down the chance of playing up front for the Three Lions in favour of a few Scottish caps. A tough decision for him!

With the points deduction I think it could be interesting. I think my big takeaway this season is that having teams with deductions is spoiling it somewhat. Not just for is, I mean the competition as a whole. Maybe it’s ok when everyone have something to play for, like mid season and with Sheff Wed last year, but like now there are nearly 10 clubs that it’s more or less decided for with 6 or more games to go. So we have teams that aren’t playing for anything against teams scrapping relegation or sneaking into the play offs with 18 points still up for grabs. 
It’s worth bearing in mind that we can see clubs now doing exactly what we did trying to reach the play offs and clubs spending their parachute money not achieving promotion, it’s quite likely other clubs are gonna be caught through ffp or even have to consider administration so we could be looking at season after season being disrupted by points deductions in the championship.
It wouldn’t surprise me if the EFL become very reluctant to keep handing out deductions and look at other solutions, which is probably what is happening with us now for next year that they will look at another way to hand out a punishment. The only issue is how would Derby feel if the rules change after the couple of seasons we’ve had to endure? Not to mention Bury and Macclesfield.

Absolutely, a couple of years back my missus worked in community mental health and her patch covered Shirebrook where the SportsDirect warehouse is. Almost all of her caseload had worked there, or had family who worked there and the stories she heard were horrendous. Let's just say that the management there were only happy if you were whizzing about the shopfloor, doing your job at great speed. If they were able to help you deal with that, then they would do all they could to push you along

Literally nobody can say that Mike Ashley is a better human being.
This is the only reason Andy Appleby looked OK - he has some credibility with regards to his reputation with no dodgy previous issues as far as I am aware.
However - Lets be honest - just about every owner has past discrepancies of some type.
My bigger issue that he will come in here as the saviour, yet doesn't seem to have an issue with us potentially starting on minus 15. This is huge to me.
