Over half of Season Ticket holders from last year have not renewed so far.
Personally - I think that's a little disappointing.
Well as I said in a previous post, we’re way ahead of last year. I haven’t renewed yet until I get paid in a couple weeks. I’m sure several others will be in the same boat.

If you were a striker looking to play and score goals, and you saw you had Didzy ahead of you after just scoring 22 league goals. Would you be concerned about game time coming here? Him leaving can be spun in many different ways. It may not necessarily be a bad thing in the long run

Sad to see him go. But we didn’t get promoted with him, in fact we didn’t even get in the play offs. So now it’s time to build a team. Not rely on one person to score all the goals.
Same for roberts, he won’t be taking cashins spot and there are better wing backs out there so as much as I think we should if signed him I doubt he’d be first choice so no major loss.
-
Or there’s the possibility that he’ll know some decent up and coming players at villa looking to get a loan move to a league one club for experience.
This can be spun in a positive light just as much as a negative

You don’t need to spend much to get out of League one. Hopefully we’re over trying to buy the league.
We can still pay good salaries in comparison to most teams in this division and no doubt when the restrictions of the business plan are over, ie after this coming season we will have more wriggle room.Personally I think it’s been a good thing. We needed to consolidate and it’s meant we’ve had to operate within our means.

In this day and age, if players sign because of a manager they must be mad. Managers come and go like a milkman in the 80’s!
Players are interested in salary and length of contract and all the infrastructure that surrounds the club.
We’re a big club in League one and we will be more attractive than half the Championship teams due to what we can offer a player.

That guess work mate
That could be made up anywere if clubs want to bid that means a bidding warn we should get 15m.
I doubt we’d get £15 mil for the whole squad, let alone one player that only has a year left on his contract

I doubt very much Bielik will be on Man U’s radar 🤣

Maybe Warnes already told him he isn’t in his plans.

I think anything less than where we finished this season would be seen as a failure. So as a bare minimum I expect us to be in the top 6.
I do believe however that we will finish in the top 2. With the players we currently have and the budget we will have in this division there’s no excuses really.
We will have a better balanced squad and more squad depth than last year. Let’s face it, it was bare bones last year and we still did well considering where we were at.
Warne has highlighted all the areas we all know need strengthening so it bodes well for our summer recruitment.
I think we’ll have a good season where we’ll win quite a lot and have an enjoyable time

McGoldrick can also play as the 10

Soooooo any suggestions then?

I’m glad he reads Gloucestershire live

Was that Louie Watson for Luton?

I’m surprised it wasn’t a select team of his old team mates over the years

Tbh I think the players spend enough time travelling round the U.K. as it is. Plymouth, Exeter, Grimsby, Blackpool etc etc.
Maybe they just want to relax and sample the world like millions of other people.
We’re not a communist country. People should be able to go and do what they want in their time off. If they choose to go abroad then who are we to tell them they shouldn’t?

Hopefully they go away to Spain and have a friendly whilst there. My son finishes his GCSE in June so we’d try and get to have a few days in the sun and catch the friendly if it falls right
