Derby blood got a reaction from David Graham Brown in Mel Morris
I agree with you mate, Mel has ripped this club apart, he has got alot more wrong than he has got right in my opinion, and the sooner he is gone the better , and then hopefully the mighty Rams can rebuild again.

Derby blood got a reaction from jono in WBA Away
Well guys and girls. A tough looking away trip to the Albion, but in this very average championship anything can happen, they onlly managed a draw with Millwall on saturday, so i am hoping for my first away trip off the seasin we some how manage a win, hope all us Rams Fans are bouncing at the end of the game, i am going for a 1-0, smash and grab.

Derby blood got a reaction from Sparkle in The best signing we've made during Mel's tenure?
Cheers mate, Vydra scored over 20 goals the season after for Mr Rowett, unless i dreamt that one up as well lol

And yet Rooney is statistically doing better than Cocu was at the start of last season, despite having to deal with even more political/financial crap than Cocu ever had to and operating under even tighter restrictions. And which young players were actually playing well when Cocu left?
I swear that the idea that another manager would be doing noticeably better is becoming a meme based on very little credible analysis. Rooney currently has a better ppg record than Hughton and Pearson, and Paul Cook is struggling at Ipswich. It's just baseless imo.

Derby blood reacted to Rample in Ravel Morrison - overrated?
Ravel is, by the look of this thread, underrated if anything.
Wants to play for us, and even his effort is a bonus compared to some in recent times. That leads to frustration but its better that than complacency.
Has the nous to play reliably in numerous roles, I expected a technical player but have been pleasantly surprised by his selflessness, willingness to take responsibility and make tackles. I think its fair to say he is plugging gaps for us at present rather than being able to play his own game, due to the issues both behind and in front of him. Hopefully we will see what he can really do when other players return, starting with Knight.
For the wages and our situation I'd say he's a bargain and a genuine asset.

Don't think Forsyth will be on the bench mate, he is suspended still. Will miss him as well, as WBA like to pump the ball into the box.

Vydra was a Pearson signing ?

Don't forget the fact that when he took over we were £15M in debt with a ground to call our own. Now it is around £50M with no ground or training facilities to call our own. Brilliant.

Personally from the point of the Buisness I would of built a case for Gross Misconduct, Bringing the club in to disrepute and failing to carry out his duties.
Club Captain, Goes out drinks too much and doesn't sort the younger members of the team out before a major catastrophe, Gets himself injured in the process and unable to fulfil his Contract needs.
His career is not over as he now has a contract as a footballer. I would of negotiated a smaller contract whilst recovering, If that could not of been reached, I would of offer redundancy.
Kicking him out of the club is Gregorian with no final payment in all his years of service, But the rate could of been agreed before sacking him. You can't sack one person and not the other 2 when he was not in charge of the vehicle.
As for MM it's not just a failing in the Keogh case...
EFL Case is a failing.
Embargo case for 18 Months is a failing
Making Fans sign an NDA is a failing
Signing and sacking Numerus managers is a failing.
Handling of The fake Sheiks is a failing.
Lying to the fans is a failing
Buying players and selling them at a fraction of the price is a failing (That hurt his own money)
Refusing to speak to the Fans is a failing.
The ticket office operation is a failing.
Not providing HMRC accounts is a failing.
How anyone can think that his tenure has not been a failing I will never know. Yes he invested in the Club and I feel sorry for him but at the end of the day he can't sell the club to anyone as it's under an embargo with no sign of an end. He cannot sit there with Radio silence when the fans are still turning up every week to support that dross, when your local radio aren't even being told what's going on you know there is an issue somewhere. He needs to front it now and move on, The deafly silence is worse than what we are facing with the EFL.

There is no fight, some on here think MM can do no wrong and walk on water as others can see his faults and failings

There's been plenty of games where Shinnie has been on a yellow and stayed on the pitch because he was needed. But Friday the switch was tactical, Rooney needed to put two up front, said as much after the game.
What a shame Fozzy wasn't playing as he might have played the long balls to capitalise on the change.
