I really can't look at that sponsor without seeing a uterus.

MK-Ram got a reaction from David Graham Brown in Match Thread: vs Northampton Town (a)
Blindingly obvious red card, that or Monthe and Bradley both deserve Oscars. As soon as I saw it, there was no question as to what was going to happen and it would have been wrong for it to have been any other way.
Childish behaviour by someone brought in to be a leader.

I really wanted to like the guy because I'd heard so many good things about him but let's be honest, he's had maybe two good games since joining us and in the rest he's been poor at best.
He's huge, but he barely wins headers. He's muscled off the ball by any striker with physicality. He's got a bit of vision for a pass, but has made so many horrendous mistakes on the ball that you just can't trust him.
If he, the marquee signing brought in to be a leader, has intentionally headbutted a guy during the most important run of games in the season, then he should never play for us again. A few players have built up a bit of good will and can be excused for emotional outbursts, but he's not one of them. It's beyond disgraceful.

Was sat in the Northampton end, better view than most of that final minute. Clear headbutt from Bradley, absolutely disgraceful.
Ebou our best by far. Many chances, would have been 3-1 up in 1st half had Gayle or Collins been fit.

You'd have to commit GBH as a Burton player to get a yellow card tonight.

Having slept on this, I still think the better side won on the day but who knows what could have happened had there been (in my mind) a rightful sending off for handball.
Wilson was my MOTM, followed by Collins, who I will admit I had never rated but put his heart into it and was willing to track back (unlike others who just stood there when they lost possession). Cashin had a fantastic 70 minutes but was very lucky to have only been caught out once in what was a very shaky first 20 for him, but thankfully he was supported by an excellent Nelson on what is truly a great CB pairing at this level.
Hourihane and Bird were largely absent and we're torn to shreds by P'boro and Randall in particular. Correct tactical move by Warne here at half time but I don't think we can rely on Sibley and Thompson to fill this need long term. We have Fornah but reinforcements are needed here and can understand the Savage link. Sibley was the only midfielder to take the game to Randall and did what Bird/Hourihane should have been all first half.
Mendez-Laing (tired) and Barkuizen didn't seem to understand who was playing where and we had more than a few occasions where space was created by them trying to play in the same hole.
P'Boro's goalkeeper was on his full league debut and, penalty aside, was visibly lacking in confidence (not just the loss of possession outside the area). This didn't seem to be recognised by the team. Edwards and Knight put in a great showing but there was either no wish or no willing to attempt any long range strike.
Ref/lino poor for both sides (objectively, there was a point in the second half when Nyambe could have given away a penalty for manhandling his man, and the most handballs I have ever seen in a game), but overall a fair result.
Need some reinforcements, particularly up front to add quality and depth. 22 games to go and need to avoid burn out here.

Feel like Rishi recalling Cameron to try and steady the ship and help with all of this is the political equivalent of Mac walking into the dressing room at half time and taking charge..

Fikayo Tomori - not sure I've ever seen a player get caught so far out of position and get away with it so many times, because he could make up 10 yards on a striker without breaking a sweat.

Actually feels a little uncomfortable. Everything about that Kirchner takeover just made the end of Rooney's time here feel slimy.
