  1. The Stable on iplayer.

Behind the scenes of Shane McGuigan's gym and fighters. Probably filmed last summer.

I know the CBS story but not the other boxers featured so come the various fight nights I didn't know the results.

Very very good isn't it? Surprised by the whole card and I thought this would be a bit of a plodding pace.

    Wardley is just relentless.

Just watching the walk on by Ben Whitaker can’t be doing with all this crap, much preferred Mike Tysons walk on

His opponent was a game lad.

Plenty of Albanians in the crowd for Marku.

Booked 4 days in Cologne for the end of June around the dates of England’s last group game. Belgium v Romania also in Cologne when we’re there. No tickets for any games but hoping I might be able to find some when over there.

We will be just leaving the area and heading south as you move in.

Same as you, no tickets for any of the games but I bought a Swiss v Scotland one for the game in Cologne via a ticket agency for daft money.

Enjoying Un Amore on Sky. Italian with subtitles but beautiful so far. Story of two teenagers who meet briefly and fall in love but due to circumstances agree to correspond only by letter from there on. many years later, they meet.

A love story in two eras. Really tender and life affirming.

I was scanning the channels and saw Un Amore was on sky last night so I watched the 1st episode.

Having done all the Love/hate and Kin series in the last month it was a nice change of pace and such a comfortable watch.

Ill continue with it tonight 👍

If this is of interest, I’d strongly recommend Once upon a time in Northern Ireland which the BBC ran a while back.

Real life footage of the troubles, supported by commentary from those involved.

    Really emotive stuff.

Yeah, I've seen it, brilliant TV.

The Iraq one was excellent as well.

What about Lawrence Shankland from Hearts. 20 goals this season, 21 last. About 80 in the last 5

He's only got 1 year left on his contract.

Hearts will be looking for between £3m and £5m in the summer, so proboly out of Derby's price range.

Not sure that restricting how the ball is taken into the tackle works as an idea to be honest. It would definitely slow the recycling at the breakdown and teams are all about fast ball these days and rugby is a far better watch for it than the slugfests of days gone past. That said, the TMO couldn't contain his glee at being given a chance to nail England with what was a 50:50 call. That was disappointing really. That said, I do think France were just about value for the win and I think we got a couple that were debatable too. Cracking game though and having seen a very inexperienced England U20s side winning their tourny, I think the future for the 'new' England with their attacking intent is quite exciting. RWC 2027 could be the best ever.

You've got a fair amount of difficult games coming up over the summer and autumn.

I'd like to think that if you get a few hidings in NZ, then Borthwick will stick to his plan and not go into crisis mode.

John Barcley summed it up pretty well on Sunday when he said Scotland, Wales, France should be worried because England seem to have found a pattern of play and will only get stronger.

And so to the final weekend of what has turned out a better tourny than looked likely, with the mighty Irish proving human after all. I still expect them to wrap things up against a Scottish team who have again flattered to deceive. I wouldn't say the Scots can't beat the Irish, as if they could put it all together for a full 80, they have their chance, but I never get the sense with them that they themselves feel they can beat the top sides, England notwithstanding.

The matches kick off with Wales at home to Italy and while all form lines point to another win for the Azzuri, I expect Wales to come out slugging. A wooden spoon would cap a horrible couple of years for the Welsh, but they do have some very good young players and I'd hope we will see evidence of that next year, if not this.

Next up we have champions elect Ireland at home to Scotland and I think we'll see an Irish side determined to show they are still the team to beat. Their pride will have been stung, but they were perhaps not aided by their media and I suspect those involved will be a little less silly in their appraisals this time around. I'd love the Scots to do us a favour, but I can't see past a convincing Irish win.

Last up, we have Le Crunch, with England going to Paris to meet the enormous French pack who simply battered a spiritied Welsh team into the ground in the 2nd 40. The French will surely start with le Garrec again at 9. I've no idea why Lucu was initially preferred as to me, he's a French Ben Youngs and always takes a beat longer than he should to release the ball. It'll be an absolute war upfront and if either side can establish dominance in the set piece, they will win the game. Sadly, the immensely promising Feyi-Waboso is out due to concussion protocols and I don't really understand the selection of Daly as his replacement. He's not a winger, end of and is past his best anyway IMO. Cunningham-South looked to have done his ACL in the last game which led to England playing the last few minutes with only 14 men, though strangely, Heaslip failed to notice that particular irony overload. He's another big miss as this is exactly the kind of game where his pace and power would be gold dust. I think the French start as favourites in their own backyard, but if England can be as committed for this as they were with their pride stung agaibst the Irish, it really ought to be a belter and possibly the tie of the round for the neutrals.

All in all, a weekend to savour, what with the small matter of a game at PP this weekend too! 😉

All home wins for me this week.

Im in the pub for the last 2 games, plan to bring in Paddy's day 1 day early with some Guiness.

Watch us wilt in Dublin and get beat by +20

MOTA is nowhere near the same quality as BoB in story line.

Last 20 minutes was sickly American dirge.

I did like the real life stories at the very end though.

For me, the stuff in the air was boring and I preffered the storylines on the ground once they were shot down .

Judging Kelly playing a half for Scotland against Luxembourg? Are you sure you actually watched that game?Or maybe your confusing him with Zander Clarke?

Reserve football what are you talking about? All of them played and the only reason Gordon never played more was Sunderland had to give Hearts extra if he went and reached a certain number of appearances skysports named him making the best save in the EPL 25 years

Barron is built like a boxer he is very athletic and tough and puts himself about and would tackle his Granny how many times have you actually watched him?

Barron is also a lot like John Fleck as well does both sides of the game and he did well in championship as a smaller guy

Is the championship more physical than the SPFL?Or league one for that matter?Where is the evidence of this? Both the SPFL and championship are physical leagues if Barron has had the mentality to play for Aberdeen he has the mentality to play in championship or above or abroad in a better standard

How many times have I see Barron play?  Probobly 20 times out of his 31 games this season.

    I'm out.

What is exactly wrong with this?Gordon McGregor Marshall all had spells in the EPL,and the Aberdeen fans especially absolutely hate any Rangers players involvement with Scotland most of them anyway but they aren't the only ones with a chip on there shoulder other teams have to about this sort of things

This is a transfer thread about Derby.

Kelly is an average goalie at best. My opinion has nothing to do with who he played reserve football for, more to do with observing him playing for Scotland and Motherwell. Morton in the Cup?

Im always one to stick up for the SPL, but Kelly isn't the answer for Championship or L1. He's petrified of coming for a cross.

Barron? There's a player in there, a sort of Barry Bannon lite.  I doubt he has the strength physically or mentally for either Champ or L1.

Kelly isn't hated by the Motherwell fans in fact they love him at Motherwell and the Scotland fans only have a issue with him cos he is ex Rangers like they have issues with all the ex and current Rangers players but there the farmer element

Kelly was absolutely fantastic against Rangers when Motherwell win at Ibrox made double save at the end

And maybe the Scotland fans that aren't bigots are comparing Kelly to better quality keepers over the years like Gordon McGregor Marshall?

Kelly isn't as good but he is still good enough to go back and play in the championship

So much wrong with that post it's unbelievable.

Neil Lennon apparently taking over at Aberdeen.

I can only imagine the whimper of despair from his wife at the prospect of him being around the house all day again. Given the stage of the season she might have to put up with Colin all the way through to October when clubs start getting the sackings in.

I'd be really surprised if Lennon is appointed.

The chairman needs to appoint someone that the fans will get behind, Lennon is a definite no go on that front.

Was just thinking the same myself. I'm tempted to ask why we don't play like this more often, but I'm going to get incredubly drunk with the lads instead. Thank you Engalnd. It's lovely to have you back!

When we were 11 points up I stuck £5 on Italy at 10/1.

    Softened the blow a bit.

Enjoy, there's nothing quite like your country winning in the 6 nations as underdogs, 👍
