That’s two good/determined and disciplined games in a row after Northampton.
lots to be happy with and relieved Collo can play 60 mins plus we will need him against Wycombe
CBT is helping the team whilst NML goes through a spell of less impactful form
if we can get those two performing well at the same time
The only posts that have distracted me from feeling good about the point gained tonight have been those that have been a little bit OTT
one poster in particular i felt over did it with the expletives. I like that our forum doesn’t really have swear words .. at least not aggressively directed at another poster anyway
Bris hasn’t dampened any of my enjoyment and I’m surprised others have allowed him to seemingly dampen there’s. I don’t like censorship and I don’t like .. self appointed policing (not talking about mods)
whilst I don’t agree with all he says @Caerphilly Ram is an example to us all regarding staying polite/ respectful and objective (most of the time 😂)when messaging with those who propose a view that he doesn’t share.
Ebou Adams well played
Corey Smith really good input over the past 5 or so games since his return
great that I’m feeling a touch of disappointment with a draw when I would have bitten your arm off for a point pre kick off
Please let us go up via the automatics and please let it not go to the last game of the season (I think we all know it will!)
nelshin player(s) of the season for me

Not sure what to comment that hasn’t been said but I want to join in on the buzz.
not l that long ago we were behind Bolton, then ahead but they had games in hand. At one point I think they had two games in hand and we were one point ahead.
Really hope Gayle, Barks and Wards injuries are not too severe.
Waggy got more minutes in him today but looked far off the pace (admittedly against the BEST team to come and play at Pride Park 😉😂)
really hope Gayle will be ok
Bird back soon to hopefully replace CH
Foz .. what a guy. What a player and what a servant to the club
Ebou - so important to us and such a good player. Love that he plays for my team.
back 3 immense - week in week out
wildsmith - hope the issues he was having are or get sorted and he extends his time here. He’s a very good goalkeeper.
fans did us proud - the numbers and volume were a credit to the club and city.
Finally I hope you enjoyed that DC. I hope you heard the fans and atmosphere and saw the effort and honesty about the boys on the pitch and I hope you were proud.

Was excited we signed him, not surprised he’s scoring but surprised at how smart he is (no offence DG)
himself Waggy and Collo … great options up front with CBT (he’s getting there) Barks And NML supporting
wow that’s pretty good if you ask me

We’re like a different team… rather we play like a team!
ward is like a new signing .. so to is Barks to an extentwell done PW for making lots of changes at the right time - the guys on the bench need minutes and the guys on the pitch need resting
Everyone played well again
some of the football was really goodShame we didn’t get that third to boost them but so glad we got the win against our bogey team (who were very dirty)
hope everyone can rest and recover for Saturday (and the players 😂)
thought CBT did ok again. When he gets a goal he’ll fly
ebou adams .. I hope Cardiff don’t want him next year
Can’t not mention Gayle - a good footballer and looks to be exactly what we needed
if you had said a few weeks ago that we’d be without JC/ Max Bird/Nyambe and play that well I wouldn’t have dared to believe you
Our fans are awesome
I actually thought at times we looked like a top team .. enjoyed that feeling but still very nervous those last 10 mins or so

Unbelievable - when someone dares to suggest an alternative view that maybe critical of the management after a win the person making the post get criticised for not enjoying the win and then when it’s quiet and those posters are enjoying the win as much as everyone else (yes they are still Derby county fans too!) there often seems to be certain posters who insist on making goading/smug/immature/unnecessary/antagonistic posts
well done @NottsRam77 brilliant stuff - keep it up!, us moaners need to be told - no place for some potential unity as things get to the serious end of the season.
you sound like my ex wife .. always had to get a dig in … never did work out where that kind of streak comes from… probably because I didn’t care because I don’t respect that kind of passive aggressive BS
well done Derby
Everyone played their part
it was also good to see Warne interacting more with the fans at the end
well done to our fantastic fans as usual
Just seen the subsequent posts discussing this - fair play all round
Hope you enjoyed your curry last night @NottsRam77

Great stuff hope he has a good end to the season with them and after a good pre season we either loan him out higher up the leagues or he plays more of an active role in our squad.
This could depend on what league we are in of course
-
Great hope he can play a part at the weekend
-
This is like when we eventually signed CBT we all (well a fair few of us any how) expected the announcement on the Friday and it was a few days later.
we had to be creative that time looks like maybe we have to be now as well -
I’m pretty sure warne said the paperwork had been completed on Thursday (maybe we might have wanted him on the bench on Saturday).
it’s Monday mid afternoon. They can’t have too many applications to get through at EFL/HQ or The Riverside Stadium as some call it.
if we could afford the chap from Blackburn then surely with Max’s sale we can sign a short term deal with Gayle.
if the issue is we want 18 month deal then maybe we do an initial 6 month triggered by goals/appearances -
As I have posted previously I used to really like JC @ Luton Town
Lets say that since he became a Ram … it’s not been plain sailing .. he has won me over to some extent though particularly since that purple patch when he got the hatrick against wolves U21s
he has been an important player for us and will be sorely missed. He has put in a big shift and I hope he recovers well deserves a new contract regardless of role he would play and division we are in.
Should we go up he can claim that he contributed for sure. Thank you Collo.

Yes it does … and why ? … because the “opposition” seem quite comfortable with using descriptions like clown, PE teacher, Small time manager. You reap what you sow. .There will always be an equal an opposite reaction.
I get really stroppy these days and am considering bowing out because the anti Warne stuff from about half a dozen posters is so toxic and inaccurate, it disturbs my karma. I wonder if you would caution those who say clown or describe our manager as inept or make mockery of his desire to have honest players with heart and character rather than just money grabbers after a pay cheque
Not having a go at you personally but just pointing out that it is a two way street.
We were nearly gone 18 months ago. Now we are in second place and have just won 3 tough points with a fantastic supportive crowd, yet because of the dripping poison from a certain merry band this is a 10 year forum low for me. It isn’t about folk having ideas or opinions or differing views, it’s a mindset that’s ugly and needs to be challenged. So well done @Stive Pesley
Mate
I am of the opinion that PW is not the right manager for a Derby County.
I like to think if someone is so blatant the other way then I would also comment.
Hope you don’t bow out.
I took a week out about two months ago and it certainly took the edge off my frustration.
on a WhatsApp group earlier we were commenting on what an honest group of players we have. Wilson was cream crackered at the end there and I’m so glad (and proud) of the fans.
PW changed the game when he introduced Smith and we were getting at them. Stevenage are a tough side and as has been mentioned they are a team that usually frustrate us and we drop points against.
I have other thoughts but that’s not important right now (😂)
Well done Louis
no one had a bad game
no striker but still three points
Gutted for Collo
Results mainly went our way

Great result and a decent performance and great finishing. Shut up the moaners too. Brilliant.
That’s two comments you’ve made about shutting the moaners up.
keep it up buttercup -
Love Grizzly Adams
hate the fact that we are set up so defensively
3 at the back and then sitting back yet again after taking the leadsimilar to Southgate does and always bigging up the opposition
it’s good to be respectful but I hope he doesn’t talk to the players like that
Collo put in a decent shift apart from the offsides
Fair play to sibs - he’s stepped up whilst fozzie is injured
Max put in another decent performance in - I hope he continues like this for the rest of the season - I suspect as someone else mentioned, that Adams liberates him somewhat
Hope CBT can start contributing soon - NML could do with a hand
-
Have heard about NMLs boot but not seen the image.
hope he’s ok first and foremost and hope we step up whilst he’s out which I hope won’t be too long -
This performance felt good. Not saying a second goal wouldn’t have been very welcome.
Brilliant by Bird and NML.
fans awesomeEbou is to our midfield what Nyambe was to our defence.
Quite excited
shout out to Sibs Bradley and Ward
if we can rotate/use the squad more we will/should sustain performances
using all 5 subs helped
🤞NML

Maybe one of the players mentioned here would be an OK signing.
Couple of decent players in there, the ex Reading guy for example - Frees Barks/NML up to cover for Collo if needs be
-
Nyambe back will help performances (I hope)
please three in midfield paul we have so many good options,
then the 10 and front three can wreak havoc
whilst I am disappointed about the striker situation Nyambe and elder back, new midfield (🤞) and Waggy/Wash coming back things could look and feel better

I’m very proud of our club, team and fans for the part they all played in a really good advert for football. Great professionalism and respect for the opponent and both sides and fans were committed.
