We're not 'dancing to their tune'. They are a minor factor in these negotiations because their claims are clearly unlikely to succeed in a civil law court. They are chancing their arm whilst we are resolving issues under administration...otherwise why didnt they make their claim whilst Morris was in charge or post sale? Derby going under wouldnt help them in anyway, they're just parasites trying to getting a free feed.
The biggest issues are getting credible potential buyers, coming to an agreement with HMRC & agreeing in principle the sale of PP. From Jim's notes, looks like substanial progress been made with all.
Can't be confident on timing but am confident we will end the season under stable ownership.

Three bids on the table despite the position with HMRC. One of the bids involves Gadsby - like him or loathe him won’t let club go to the wall. Yet seen comments that we’re miles away from a takeover and it looks like liquidation. Honestly some people - get a grip! There is nothing in Jim’s post that Indicates they won’t name a preferred bidder next week and if things were so negative then why would they tell the whole squad and staff what’s happening as Rooney confirmed the other day?! Previous comms has just been with Rooney. 
 
Honestly think people just see what they want to see rather than take what is said. 

I never once felt personally privileged, and I know for sure @Boycie never, in fact they became that much of a pain in the arse to the point he wouldn't even go and I had to make a 6 hour round trip.
Having to deal with comments like this just grinds you down and why I quit, what's the point, why bother?
These are fans giving up their free time to provide a communication link between club and fans, all they get is crap for it. 
Being called out for alienating other fans, claimed they are frightened to talk, just shows a real lack of understanding and appreciation for what these groups do for us all.
If it wasn't for them it's unlikely any information would come out other than through the media. You can't expect the club to open the floor to the entire fanbase to ask questions that are then answered on the website, even if they did it would take a lot longer than the 48hrs you're already unwilling to wait for.

Completely different situation to ours - Gibson's claim has no basis in reality.
As someone has already suggested, the only claim he could have any chance with is that we prevented them from from getting into 6th place - that may have cost them a very small amount of prize money and gate receipts for the play-off semi. Anything beyond that is pure guesswork and assumption on Gibson's part....

Just because an organisation stonewalls and gets defensive doesn't mean that those kind of questions should not be asked.  The questions are perfectly fair and the answers speak for themselves, and would lead many fans to conclude that the real answer to both questions is YES and NO respectively.  
What this amounts to is that the EFL took a personal dislike to MM and used all the regulatory tools at their disposal in order to duck him up.  They would have done this whichever club he happened to own.  Not that they will ever admit it of course.
In most workplaces this stuff goes on all the time.  If your boss wants rid of you all they have to do is set you up to fail, subject you to endless 'performance reviews', forensically trawl your expense claims etc etc in order to find something, anything, that can be used as an excuse to then invoke the disciplinary process, and eventually most people will see the writing on the wall and just leave.  This is just a variation on that theme.  It's all about power.

Don't want Derby County's name to be associated with such a scheme. Put your own names to it, you don't speak for Derby fans en mass!
