Can we please take a look at Luc Castaignos for a striker option, he currently isn't getting into the Sporting side and has previous experience of working with McClaren at Twente. I would also go for a transfer for Wisdom as once again he isn't making the team and could be available for a reasonable price.
I would sell Grant, Blackman, Russell, Camara or Wiemann

Crouch or ings (loan), Harrison Reed and Joe Gomez (loan). I would love to see a decent AML/AMR to replace Ince as well.
