yes, it sounds like a too familiar problem mate, over thinking is a major problem and with life zipping by at 100mph I believe we are losing out on things that should be our priority, spending time with your girlfriend and family and going on holiday and just relaxing, forget the business, leave your phone at home and just chill and reflect.
someone I was talking to at the school gates a few month ago decided that he wasn't happy with life and went to Malawi, he helped out at an orphanage and lived a real basic existence, he didn't contact anyone for three months and came back a new man, he lost a few stone, he was more motivated and less depressed than at any other point of his life.
the tips I would give is this:
1.always leave your business at the doors of your business, never bring it home and don't even think about it, 9-5 is business time, not before or after.
2. always structure your day, get up at a set time and go to bed at a set time.
3. always take care with your appearance and never let things slip, your running a business, shape up.
4. boredom is a killer, when you get work in the morning work out your tasks for the day and write it down, try and work through it and if not delegate to others to complete it.
5.walk, yep its a utopian ideology, go and take a lovely long walk and enjoy this country we are fortunate to have.
6. change what you have been doing and set a new path, something is clearly not right and unfortunately depression can do some serious damage to your health and ultimately put you in a tailspin without a return ticket.
7. go to America and stay a bit longer, it is probably not the country you think it is (especially under the Trumpmeister lol)
8. go and have a ******* laugh you miserable ****, laughter is the best tonic and you cant buy it.

Every day for the rest of his life.

There is, but you've got to push the brake to pull up & it's easier just to keep your foot there and wait for the lights to change. It also activates the start-stop. There's no benefit to putting it in park.
Sorry if you object to being dazzled but, as a BMW driver, I'm required not to give a toss about other road users.

Don't start me on raw plugs, plasterboard etc...I've on ongoing war with the toilet roll holder on the bathroom and trying to bet the b*****d to stay attached to the wall........It has about fifty holes in it now and I must have tried 4 billion different rawplugs in an attempt to get it to fit snugly.....And failed.
I'm going to set fire to it later

Oh yeah, well said.
We have a competition on how young and how expensive we can lavesh phones upon them, I am currently receiving the cold shoulder because I have refused to upgrade my daughters perfectly perfect phone for the latest phone that Izzy's mum has bought her, I have restricted data roaming and tethered her WiFi to stop her zombifying behavior and actually teaching her to speak to her parents once in a while, I would ban any mobile phone to anyone under the age of 18

Not being able to play left to right in any football game, either FiFa or Pes, I have to hold on with a hardcore defensive display until I change ends, what's that all about?

good post, working online is notorious for depression and I have now been online my entire adult life and mostly on my own, if I can give advice on what I have found out with trial and error...
never use any device, laptop or anything that radiates light an hour before going to sleep, something about the blue light removes melatonin which enables you to sleep.
buy a sad lamp, they do work.
regular exercise, just go and take a brisk walk.
talk to colleagues and try and keep it upbeat.
never take work home with you, leave it in the office.
I can talk but if I have a lot of work on I will break all these rules and my mood deepens, probably hence my negative posts
hope your ok Mostyn and please try my ideas mate because this is 20+ years research that works for me.

Ebay
So i bought my daughter a phone from Ebay, now Ebay's rules and regulation continually test my patience but this one really took the biscuit, so i won an Auction for a mobile which wasn't a great price but i still paid instantly through Paypal, i noticed on the listing in "My Ebay" that the transaction was cancelled by the seller without a reason, the cnut had relisted the phone with a reserve about £80 above what i had paid, the short of the story was it is going to take 14 days to reclaim my money, so not only is Ebay/Paypal holding funds, i cannot leave this idiot any feedback.
