Agreement on points deduction, let's say 12 all in optimistically and no more threats of other deductions.
Full agreement with all creditors on total debt payable.
Full agreement on payment profile to MSD Holdings.
Full and sole ownership of the stadium and training ground.
Full understanding of the monthly subsidy required to support operating cashflow.
£30m to cover debt, £1 to take ownership of above, owners put in immediate guarantee of £15m operating cash.

I think the EFL points deduction is the biggest obstacle, followed by HMRC agreement.

If it’s just a simple sale then they would have to take on all the creditors as well, no chance.
The administrator seems to be talking the same crap that Mel Morris did. No one will buy us without the administrator doing their dirty work first. Renegotiation of the debt on all sides would have to be agreed and a rent deal over many years for the stadium.

Plus future guaranteed cash flow inbound such as the Bogle transfer. Dont need to look at it all as one way outgoings.

Just score more than them. Oh wait a minute. That set up was not my idea. My plan is to keep the same plan but take more of our chances.

We look a different time with those two on form. If Bielik dominates the midfield then we are on the front foot but still defensively good

Didn’t the admins say they were aiming for a sale in December? Or latest before the Jan window closes ? Think it’s too far off personally - the longer it goes on the more risk of something bad happening

Thanks, David - it's been a tough ask for you to wrestle with everything that's been going on at the club in recent months and almost impossible to make effective  representation  when the club hasn't been cooperative.
I think things will improve going forward under the administrators. I have posted the Rams Trust write up of tonight's meeting in another thread, so hopefully between the two we can gain good insight into what has been said.
Oops, see you have added this as I was typing!

The morning following the previous SCG meeting which took place under an NDA, I resigned from my position on the Supporters Charter Group.
I first want to apologise to all the fans that were grateful for the opportunity to voice their concerns to the club through dcfcfans.uk.
Unfortunately there were a number of issues that I was not personally comfortable with so made the difficult decision to resign.
The NDA, I raised my concerns directly to the club prior to the meeting, warning them what the reaction would be if this became public, which it did. The agreement to release a joint statement following the previous meeting. The delay in getting information from the meetings to you all in a timely manner. The abuse, not just towards myself personally but other supporters groups. It’s great to see that the new Black & White Together Supporters Group have been given permission to post information from the meeting tonight on Twitter shortly after the meeting had concluded, something we were frustratingly restricted from doing so.
An agreement was made during the second meeting where representatives could not communicate with fans until the meeting minutes were released by the club, which as you know were often delayed.
Something which I strongly disagreed with and made both the club and SCG my thoughts with my resignation.
I do want to thank the club for the opportunity, and wish the Supporters Charter Group good luck going forward.

Whatever happens in the rest of the season, we should be very grateful for the efforts of Jagielka and Davies who are giving their all for the cause.
Tremendous characters when you think of the Shackell, keogh, Malone types we've had in recent seasons.

Without him, we would’ve been relegated last season and that would’ve been £10m plus lost in revenue. He’s more than paid his fee back, despite his minimal game time IMO.

I like his strength of character. Two early clangers in successive games at a new club would see lesser characters have a confidence crisis. He seems to be overcoming those early errors with aplomb. That might be an indication the management team handled those incidents well and contributed to rebuilding any confidence he lost.
It must be tough going into a new club and not starting as well as you hoped but it’s good to read so many positive posts about him. ?

Allsop has more potential for me. His ability on crosses and sweeping up behind the centre backs is such he just has to avoid making more mistakes than Roos.

Any prospective owners must be seriously impressed with our fan base, the team spirit and the way that Wayne is conducting the proceedings. Taking over a team that is dispirited and s fan base that does not get behind the team would be very off-putting in my opinion. No doubt in my mind that we will stay up if we do not get the extra -9. When the going gets tough the Rams get going. COYR

This IMO is the key to us scoring more and also keeping the defence as strong as possible.

I'm not really that suprised. Great defensive record and dire attacking record isn't so much down to the players but down to the way we play. This isn't a criticism of Wayne Rooney, it's arguably the only way we can succeed with our current side.
We sit deep. Our CBs are brilliant in the air and read the game well. We rarely look like conceding from crosses or from balls over the top considering our shape.
We've also only fallen behind three times this season. Peterborough and Sheffield United in the last minute, and obviously Birmingham. We've only really 'chased the game' once this season, hence the only time we've been suckered on the counter attack and found ourselves out of shape was for Brum's second.
I fear for us if we go behind. I can't see us getting back into many games.
That's why it's imperative we don't make any silly mistakes at the back like we did for Brum's first.
But if we can get our noses infront more often than not, we stand a real chance.
