I'd give up, if I was you, Forever.
You are comparing our figures with other lg1 clubs and not our past history in the championship. Our attendances are not ordinary in this division as most teams average less than a third of our average, that's extraordinary, by definition. In fact, only 2 clubs have averages of more than half of Derby's.
Living in the West Midlands, every fan I talk to and tell them about our average attendance have the same reaction, 'wow'.
Trouble is, too many people take our attendances, ground and things like Rams TV for granted. Many clubs above us in the league ladder are put to shame by these things.

As it has been stated many times, season tickets are not counted in the attendance if they don’t turn up, our average attendance of home fans only this season is 25,279.
You may not think this is extraordinary for a league one club but I can assure it is.

The loss of innocent lives on both sides is abhorrent, Israel would argue that its actions to defend itself are justified. To a certain extent I would agree, but they haven't taken sufficient steps to keep the loss of innocent Palestinians to a minimum.
They have the right to protect themselves and eliminate Hamas and in order to be able to achieve this with minimal casualties, they need the land to be relatively free of the population, within who the Hamas can hide. Hospitals should, if possible, remain neutral zones and not need to be evacuated. It would be far easier for Israel's forces to seek out Hamas forces and infrastucture if all civilians have been evacuated.
But, they gave only 24 hours notice of impending action, whereas a few days would have been more reasonable.

For those saying that if we don't finish in the top 2, we have failed, we have to remember that we can't have much say in everyone else's results. Currently, the top 2 are both on course to smash the previous highest points totals in this league over the last 20 years and in the unlikely event they can keep this up, we won't be able to get near them. It is probably a measure of how poor, quite a number of teams are in this league, but it also means that a number of teams will be picking up quite a few points and will be all competing towards the top of the table.

The constant vitriol is getting boring and depressing, things aren't perfect, that much is obvious, but many of us can see small steps in the right direction. Hopefully, with more players becoming available these small steps will continue and gather momentum. With a mostly fit squad, we have the capability to field a strong team using 16 players each week.
I feel that we're not far off, but need a little bit of luck and/or composure in the final third, together with eliminating stupid errors at the back. I seems like every goal we concede is a result of a defensive error and miss out putting games to bed through poor finishing or final balls.
Those days of togetherness seem to be just a distant memory, even when things weren't going quite to plan, we all stuck together. Now, I have the feeling that even if we played like Man City and won the league, there will be those still believing Warne is not the the man to do the job in the championship.

In answer to many of those panicking about EVs, after listening to all the scare stories.
In the next 4 or 5 years, the cost will come down as more are produced, just look at history, only enthusiasts or the very rich could buy the first tvs, colour tvs, video recorders, cd players, transportable phones (the size of a briefcase for the latest battery to power it), microwave ovens, etc. MG already have the MG4 for well under £30k with a 7 year warranty.
Charging and range, Toyota have told us they will be producing mass produced cars with over 600 mile range and 20 minute charging in 4 years time. So, you will get 3 weeks charge on your car, while you're in the supermarket doing your weekly shop. This is in addition to all the other charging opportunities.
The biggest problem will be generating the electricity required.

So the government has delayed the enforcement of EVs by 5 years, probably as a result of the mass hysteria of the media saying that we can't be ready for it.
We seem to think that over night all cars will need charging at charging stations and that their charging capabilites will be as they are now. There will be no cliff edge, EVs will gradually take over from normal vehicles, which will continue to be in use for many years after any cut off date. Toyota have just announced that they envisage that by 2027, they will be producing vehicles with solid state batteries, these will be capable of being charged from 10 to 80% in 10 minutes and with a range of over 600 miles. That is 3 weeks motoring for the average car and that is just 4 years from now, just think how much more improvement will come before 2030.
I fully expect manufacturers to have changed to solely producing EVs long before 2030, with or without government intervention.

Fornah's intelligence also stands out for the wrong reasons for me, just think back over the last few games. Lucky not to get 2 yellow cards in a recent home game and had to be replaced at ht, followed by getting caught in a dangerous position which led to Cheltenham's only goal this season, followed by a rash tackle which gave Notts a lifeline in a lost cause. All so stupid and unnecessary, on each occasion I asked why?
We can't afford potential game changing mistakes like those in almost every game from one player, he has many attributes and hopefully will learn to make better decisions, but unfortunately intelligence is not taught and as we continue to see with the vastly more experienced Sibley, he still makes stupid challenges in ridiculous situations, such as late tackles on a defender by his own corner flag. It's so frustrating when you see players with so much talent, doing such stupid things.

We were lucky to have him for the last 2 years of his wonderful career. I remember when he signed for us, he said that he didn't need the money as he was already rich through his business, he just wanted to play football in that great side in the 70's.
Never mind looking 'at the smile on his face', he put a great big smile on my face and that of 1000's of other Rams fans, RIP Franny.
