Obviously some players can play other positions (e.g Waggy & Sibley can play across the 3). I put Sibley on the right purely to show 2 in each position.
Squad of 24 plus the likes of Bardell, Robinson & Brown to potentially step up from the academy.
I personally think if we stick to this formation, it suits our players & its good enough for top 2.

Im sure Barkhuizen is back for tomorrow. Embleton & Sibley back after the break, maybe even Wilson.

I don’t agree with you saying it’s enough for top 2, but that’s mainly due to a weird contradiction in my character where my optimism gets cancelled out by lower expectations (that way I can’t be let down and don’t have the stress some experience). 
I do think the squad is capable of competing towards the top end of the league, it could be better but it could also be a lot worse. We’ve got cover across most positions, some flexibility in terms of formations (despite the arguments as to whether the manager knows how to use those options), a slightly better age profile than we had last season, and improved depth in the academy. Time for them to show up and deliver points for the Rams faithful. 🐏

Selling Cash for 4m if true would've been a great deal I really don't see how keeping him until Jan is going to end up with a 4m deal....be lucky to get 1.5m so not good news 
I really don't get the comments about keeping him because he will be out of contract end of season and he's not the quickest 

Still an hour to go & can put a transfer sheet in for an extra 2 hours....so how can they have ran out of time

As much as I really like Cashin and losing him would’ve been catastrophic for our season, that £4million would’ve been massive for us.
No chance we get anywhere near that unless he signs a long term deal and has a really good couple of seasons and we go up.
Failing to sell our assets for good money is a large part of why we’ve failed as a club for decades (not to say this one is necessarily our fault).
We’ll be lucky to get £1.5mill in January, or even less from a tribunal in the summer. 

Injured and banned.

Do we? We’ve got Wilson and Ward to come back from injury, Rooney and Smith capable of covering, Bardell in the u21s too. On the left we’ve got Elder and Forsyth. 
Also, looks like he can play anywhere on the left, so offers some balance with NML on the right if we went with out and out wingers. 
More depth and options in the squad doesn’t seem like a silly idea to me. 

Overrated but some Derby Fans  thought he was better than what he was, did well to get what we did for him, never been a fan of him myself goes missing in a lot of games

Looks like Standard Liege have come in for Isaac Hayden last minute. 
So Vaulks may not happen now.

And it's not like loan players make up a large or integral part of our team.
If this one comes off, we'll have two loan players - one being TJJ, who I suspect will be made permanent in January.

Those saying that they don’t like loan players are not keeping up with modern life.
We don’t own anything anymore.
We buy cars on monthly credit, we buy houses, owned by the bank, on ridiculously long mortgages. We don’t buy CD’s and DVD’s anymore because we pay monthly to streaming services  such as Spotify and Netflix.
Apart from the clothes on our back, for many in the U.K., we own surprisingly little and, even then, some of it is on the credit card.
It’s the same with players at lower league levels; if you can’t afford top talent, you HAVE to rent them.
I recommend, therefore, a new mindset for loan naysayers.
Relax, enjoy and support the team on a Season-By-Season basis, I.E., if Clark signs, fully support him because he IS a Derby player for this season and NOT a Liverpool player (Unless he’s recalled in Jan 😞)
I follow NFL and they have such a stupid turnaround of talent every season, through trades etc, fans have adopted a saying: ‘Don’t get addicted to the talent’
In other words, accept a player is playing for you THAT season, marvel at their skills but DON’T fall in love with them, because they may be off elsewhere next season.
So, if Clark signs, or whoever we may loan, and they turn out to be the next messiah, be thankful that we had a season to enjoy them and wish them all the best at the end 😎

I wouldnt class myself as ITK i very rarely hear much but I get the info through a workmate who is mates with someone at the club. Been spot on previously with other info passed on (Washington, Bradley, Waggy)

Don’t think we’ve seen enough to judge tbh.  He had a disrupted preseason with injuries and has struggled to get into the team ahead of Fozzy. Think he’ll come good!
