  1. Wildsmith - Ward Nelson Cashin Forsyth - Fornah Bird - Wilson Sibley Barkhuizen - Collins Vickers Bradley Nyambe Elder Hourihane NML TJJ With a few games over a short period I would start with NML on the bench ideally we dont even need to bring him on. We will then need to rotate Barkhuizen, Sibley & Wilson for the other games oxer Xmas & NY. Can also rotate Fozzy/Elder & Ward/Nyambe as well as Fornah/Hourihane/Bird.
  2. this has now been sorted so it can be closed
  3. Hi all, I bought a 1994 Bukta shirt during the Black Friday sales which has come & doesn't fit. I've been into the Megastore & because it was bought online they wont do an exchange!! I have gone to return it & they're trying to charge to post it back which is ridiculous. The reason I am on here, and I don't know if I am posting in the right place or if it is even allowed to be done on here - but is anyone interested in buying this off me? It is brand new, I am just looking to get my money back, it cost me £31.50 so please message me if you're interested 🤞
  4. For a top of the table clash this looks pretty poor, have Bolton done anything other than pass it around?
  5. Just had a read through this thread having watched the game earlier. I see comments moaning about Bradley coming on, going 5 at the back but also about them getting in behind Ward.....well we didnt go 5 at the back, Nelson moved to right back meaning we were abit more solid there with Ward off. Bradley wasnt too bad, not worthy of slagging off in a 3-0 win. Didnt play outstanding but could have also got 6 or 7 today. Collins had a couple of chances as did TJJ when he came. They looked dangerous on the counter until they went down to 10 men, then it was game over. 5 wins in a row, another clean sheet. Well in form to make a push for the automatic spots.
  6. Deserved win, a huge win considering the orher results tonight too. 4 in a row, a clean sheet & TJJ back from injury with a goal. Shame that despite this people still needlessly need to have digs at players like Bradley & Collins, really what is the point? It is of no benefit to anyone & just shows negativity when its not needed. We have won 4 in a row, one of the most in form teams in the league, joint best defence & within touching distance of the top 2 without really hitting top performances YET, they will come as confidence grows, Warne himself said this is the time of year his teams start to click & kick on in the league.
  7. Ideal for me would be JCH, Mubama & Blackett-Taylor. That would add alot of strength, pace & goals to the forward line. Mubama may depend on West Ham injuries now but both JCH & Blackett-Taylor are out of contract in the summer so could maybe get them both quite cheap. Id still sell Cashin in Jan if Brighton come in at 3m, help fund the promotion push. Collins to go too if we got those 2 forwards.
  8. 3 changes for me with Forsyth coming in at left back, Fornah for Smith & Wilson for Bird with Sibley in the 10. No game at the weekend so the lads need to leave it all on the pitch, tomorrow night could be a big result with a win and the other fixtures between teams above us. No win in 10 for Port Vale though in the league so lets hope its not yet another stat we help a team to stop. Get a fast start & an early goal and we could make it a comfortable night for ourselves.
  9. Not sure if its been mentioned in the thread but i found it interesting that only 2 of the 11 that started were Warne signings (Nelson & Nyambe) yet all 7 subs were his signings.
  10. 3 league wins in a row, first time since Jan & now only 6 points off the top 2. Good tactical change at half time, we looked much better 2nd half with NML upfront with Collins
  11. Watching the warm up & Sibley is left back
  12. Looks a 4231, Smith at RB, Nyambe LB with Sibley in the 10 Very strong bench, good to have TJJ back
  13. https://www.claretandhugh.info/derby-move-for-west-ham-striker/ He came on for Antonio last season in our cup game vs West Ham. I said at the time he looked like a Paul Warne player....tall, strong, fast & pressed from the front
  14. With this being during the international break & with the injuries we have it will be an interesting line up - does he rest any players from yesterday or with having a week off mean they get tonrest after it. I cant see Nyambe, NML or Nelson risked after their knocks. Vickers - Wilson Bradley Cashin Forsyth - Smith Hourihane - Sibley Bird Barkhuizen - Collins Loach Cox Hawkins Osayande Allen Fapetu Brown Weston Wheeldon
  15. Excellent performance today, made a top team in Barnsley who had the best & unbeaten away record look bang average. Other than a freekick & missed chance at 2-0 I dont think they offered much at all. Most pleasing thing was the workrate to get the ball back, even at 3-0 everyone was busting a gut to get back in position....when everyone is willing to do that for each other its a very good sign. Today felt the most control of a game in a while vs a top 6 team. I have a feeling we could be about to go on a decent run, we have got the little monkey of back to back league wins off our back & hopefully the likes of Washington, Waghorn, Elder, Ward & TJJ back after the international break.
  16. For such a big game that is a very weak bench with not much in terms of game changers
  17. Im thinking it is a 4231 with Robinson right back, Fapetu & Fornah in CM with Wilson Collins Sibley behind Brown. Collins does tend to play in the 10 role when we have another striker on, happened a few times this season
  18. I got told in the summer (along with other information which ended up being spot on) that Warne cannot stand Collins & did his best to get him gone so would expect him to be moved on in Jan if possible. I think the likes of Collins, Hourihane, Barkhuizen & NML are all taking a fair chunk of the wage budget between them.
  19. I would expect us to go with something along the lines of - Vickers - Ward Cashin Bradley Wilson - Fornah Robinson - Sibley Collins Barkhuizen - Brown Loach Nelson Elder Smith Bird Radcliffe Davidson Washington Waghorn Does it go to h2h or goal difference if level on points? If it is h2h then we're through whatever the score
