Derby have been very good in recent seasons at not letting much out with regards to info around potential signings. Often we only seem to hear the day it’s announced.
Had me wondering about all these different players we’re being linked with now. The story seems to be that these players are going to other clubs, rejecting us. But this info will be coming from the players, agents, other clubs. Not Derby. We still don’t know who Derby are actually after and won’t until the day they sign, in all likelihood.
I'm not too worried about players yet, as many reasoned posters have also said

Just bumped into Old Trampie in the outer recesses of my mind. You’ll be pleased to know he’s been happily ensconced in a romantic interlude with a tea lady in someone else’s head for the last eighteen months but he’s back for at least a couple of weeks. As long as I keep him in cheap cider.
Anyway, it seems he’s been keeping his ears and eyes open…
Apparently, given the play off result yesterday Trampie’s is swearing on a can of White Lightning that Derby are planning to contact Barnsley about the availability of Kitching and Anderson. Kitching is now our number one target and Warne see’s Kitching as the central defender leader to lead the Rams to glory in this division and the one above. Initial bid will rise to a Barker sized fee with add ons, but this does represent roughly half of our transfer budget / war chest.
Anderson is the more achievable, with the player keen on the move and would provide height and steel alongside Harding as Warne is fearful of playing Harding and Cashin in the same back three as neither are six footers. Trampie expects us to drive a hard bargain on this one though. Meaning that both transfers require ‘work’ and could drag on later into the window.
    The oracle has spoken.

I’m quite enjoying it.  The football isn’t very good (though sometimes better than I thought it would be) and the officials are beyond a joke. But it’s quite fun and interesting playing teams we hardly ever/never play; quite enjoying being a big fish in a small pond too - where other clubs recognise what a big club we are etc.  it’s something a bit different to the same old same old of the Championship.

Our owner is a fan, just like us. No doubt he has spent evenings walking away from PP frustrated and questioning decisions of all involved in the match. However, he seems to have a steady head on his shoulders, so hopefully doesn’t make any rash decisions based on emotion.
As fans who are not the owner of the club, we can be allowed to vent the emotions and frustration. Last night was poor, and that falls at the managers door as well as the players. There are many reasons and excuses, which is fine, but fans are also allowed to vent their feelings. This forum is good for that. As others have said, the forum has seen plenty of good posts over the years, along with some dross (which many including me have contributed to)

Season 4 is a lot darker. First episode felt a bit much but makes sense as you get to the end. The longer episodes are good but maybe a tad too long. Some scenes stretch on for far too long. Still, good cast and good tension throughout.

It’s up there with some of the worst refereeing performances I’ve seen.
Bizarrely he got the two out of three major calls right.
It’s just the rest of it was an utterly deranged pooshow, which clearly advantaged PV.

I agree with @Carnero if his play right now is in a team that is unbeaten in 7 and only has 1 defeat, imagine how much better it will get when he starts scoring.
From where we were a month and a half ago, I’m very happy with Collins as our number 9. If another player is bought in to rotate, fine. But McGoldrick isn’t that player, he needs to be playing as the number 10 to allow him to play his game. Right now, Collins is plenty for me. Just got to believe one will go in soon

Just wanted to put in a good word for James, he worked tirelessly tonight against Grimsby and you can tell the crowd are on his side trying to get him his first goal which is refreshing to see.
He runs and runs and runs, is getting in the right positions and really pushes defenders back and out of place. Hoping his goal comes this week or as soon as possible and he can then carry on firing.

Can definitely see the benefit in giving some players the minutes, particularly McGoldrick. Get Tommo some game time too, he was excellent last season. Oduroh at RB just to rest Knight. Reckon WBA will also rest a few.
