Premier ram reacted to angieram in Bolton sellout.
You never been injured on the Popside? It was a bloody nightmare at times!

Premier ram reacted to Mucker1884 in Bolton sellout.
One thing's for certain... it wasn't full.
My seat was empty, due to me being on a hospital bedside vigil from 3pm yesterday until we said goodbye to my almost-93 year old F-I-L at 17:15 today, at which stage I was still none the wiser as to the fantastic news emanating from the other side of town!
I'm gonna leave the matchday thread catch up for now, as I'm shattered, suffice to say, I hope each and every one of you who did turn up have had a bloody fantastic day.
What. A. Result!
Up The Effin' Rams! 🐏

Premier ram reacted to Foreveram in Pompey Fan in peace. How many are coming to Fratton Park in April?
Considering Portsmouth sold out the rest of the ground some while ago I think it’s a very good allocation, they could easily have given us less and sold them to home fans.

Great result for both of us today. You guys deserve to go up with such amazing support. I honestly can’t wait until we meet in April. The atmosphere is going to be electric with our fans on good form and yours as well who never disappoint. I think we both go up in the automatic promotion places it’s now down to who wins the league. We are blighted by injuries at the moment so I’m nervous for our match and if we play like we did today we could be facing a drubbing.
I’m from Pompey originally but live in the midlands now so I’m pissed by the change to an evening game like I imagine many here are as well. Best of luck for the rest of the season.

Premier ram reacted to BatRam in Corey Blackett-Taylor - Signed on Loan/Permanent in Summer
To go from playing no football due to injuries to playing our style which is literally running like a mad man for 90+ its obviously gonna take time. and every time hes had a bit of time hes gone off with niggles.i think all the players we've got in are decent. Fornah has not had a chance so hes not gonna set the world alight , everyone that was getting called rubbish and stuff has now come good now that theyre fit/getting game time/got used to the system.

Well he looked happy with his new mates celebrating at full time. I’m giving him time me.

He's cost us a fraction of what even Camara cost, let alone FloJo. He's also played barely 180 minutes so far, so I don't know how anyone can really judge him yet.

Premier ram reacted to Comrade 86 in Notts Forest Playtime
Someone's bank balance has increased markedly I suspect. How on God's green earth have they got away with only 4 points? We got 9 for using the same amortisation methodology as we had done the previous two years. These Bamfords have flat out cheated. With every penalty handed out, the feeling that the EFL have gone out of their way to get us relegated grows. Sickening really. Can't see this making any difference at all, so you'd have to ask, what's the point?

Premier ram reacted to chezzyram in RIP Steve Harley
I've been to many, many Steve Harley gigs over the years, from an impressionable teenager in the mid seventies to an acoustic set in Whitby Pavilion a year or so ago where the audience was, shall we say, a little more mature in years. He was a wonderful, committed live performer and had a rapport with his audience that felt almost personal. Also a very gifted and probably under rated songwriter with much of his work overshadowed by that one iconic single. Another musical hero from my youth taken too early by this awful disease. RIP Steve and thanks for the memories

If that happens let’s flash forward approximately 12 months and witness the perfect storm of relegation - Gumps, Dirties and Fester again.

Premier ram reacted to Gaspode in Live football thread.
I started watching wanting both teams to lose - but the more the idiot commentator banged on about Klipperty's farewell season, I gradually began to hope Utd might sneak it - I still detest Man Ure, but as you say, a cup win will paper over the cracks and might give ten Hag the chance to under achieve again next year....

Premier ram reacted to Carl Sagan in New joke thread (trigger alert, may offend if you want it to)
I confess I have never seen that as a requirement, so have circumvented any complicated problems. Meanwhile:
A teenager brings her new boyfriend home to meet her parents. They’re horrified by his haircut, his tattoos, his piercings.
Later, the girl’s mother says, “Dear, he doesn’t seem to be a very nice boy.”
“Oh, please, Mum!” says the daughter. “If he wasn’t nice, would he be doing 500 hours of community service?”

Premier ram reacted to Eddie in Festival and Gig Tickets
Always a brilliant experience.
One of the best AC/DC gigs I ever saw was at Punchestown a few years back (checks YouTube - bloody Nora, 15 years ago). Angus performing an amazing solo on the cherry-picker in the most torrential rainstorm.
