Still Keogh?

Listened to the Talksport segment live. Jordan saying again this guy (Hosking) knows what he’s doing, fact he’s committing to getting a deal done means he will get it done. Most admins don’t commit are vague etc, he isn’t and he does what he says he will do. Kirchner has been outbid at the moment but don’t rule out him coming back into the mix. In summary it’s a positive development.
 
 

Kirchner says he committed £60 million over two years. But that includes buying PPS. So really not surprising if his offer is rejected.   

I disagree, it's very clear that when CK discovered he wasn't going to be the preferred bidder he improved his offer. That will, obviously, have delayed the naming of that bidder as the administrators would be duty bound to hear that improved offer. It never feels like positive news when somebody drops out like this but if you read between the lines it's encouraging.

It strikes me that some of us are forgetting that the administrators primary responsibility is to get the best deal for the creditors. If, as you seem to be implying, they have rejected Kirchner’s offer in favour of a much lower one then they would potentially be displaying dereliction of duty. 
 
None of us know the full details of the various offers and seem to be making bold statements based largely on speculation and Twitter posts. 
 
As each day goes by I get more and more concerned but, if the administrator has allowed Kirchner to walk away without announcing him as preferred bidder I suspect there must be a good reason.

Could any one please drop me a DM of a cheap or even free airline that may be able to get me to my holiday destinations.

Maybe the EFL should focus on creating a level playing field Championship..not a stacked love-in for parachute payments clubs..

He seems a bit small fry to be buying us with his own money. 
His company only employs 70 odd people.
