Feels like today was the day that the upset and embarrassment of administration, relegation,  financial restrictions etc etc were finally put behind us.
We had a big crowd, exciting players and a sound financial footing. 
Really massive result.  

Best formation for the players we have must be 4231 surely. We don’t have 3 good centre backs for this level and NML just doesn’t play well as a second striker.

Kenzo and Jackson were certainly the stand outs, a few bits of nice play from both of them. Can see why Warne would like a pacey centre half, Cashin looked a bit cumbersome today (probably tired from hard training sessions). 
First half had some decent moments, second half was a bit stop start at times. Good opponent, chesterfield looked good and tried hard which gave us an excellent opponent for highlighting a few of our weak spots. 
Decent evening at a nice ground, not concerned in the slightest by the result.

It'd be good if the club could utilise their partnership with Matlock to give some of the academy players exposure to mens football

Anyone know when to expect the U21 fixtures to be announced? Got myself a season ticket down at Causeway Lane and I'm keen to see what days/evenings they're likely to be playing.

If we had any sense, which I'm a lot more confident now with the current regime than with previous ones, we would be monitoring the situation whilst going away and progressing other avenues. It wouldn't go amiss to quietly let Cardiff know this as well.
