  1. Although not 'our' player, TJJ is miles better than either of them. Securing him until the end of the season is surely our priority?
  2. 41 years-old and on loan at Basford Utd in the Northern Premier League. Scored today in their win over Marine.
  3. I'd go for Michael Mellon of Burnley personally (currently on loan at Morecambe).
  4. Desperately poor decision to go to ground by Ward. We were comfortable too despite the performance being largely uninspiring. Lincoln look even flatter than we do tbh.
  5. The comms team on MUTV were very complimentary throughout about our team.
  6. Cheers @Tamworthram. I get confused and always think that if there's a Prem game on then our game isn't watchable. That doesn't apply at 3pm on a Saturday but I thought it still might for a midweek game.
  7. That's a very kind offer. Hopefully somebody can take you up on it.
  8. Good man. The "not that one" made me chuckle.
  9. Ah cheers fella. Crikey. Great spot by whichever official clocked it. That warrants more than just a three match ban.
  10. Is there a link anywhere to the sending off incident yesterday? I keep reading there's footage of it which clearly shows why it was a red but I haven't seen it posted.
  11. Hopefully the draw on Tuesday gives the girls a chance to test themselves against one of the WSL teams.
  12. Unless there's a stamp then that's barely a foul. There's no contact on Collins by Cooper's elbow. It's odd that they aren't showing the main camera view.
  13. Should be wearing the home kit here.
  14. Are you going Togo to the match? There's a coachload setting off from Chad I believe. This thread has taken a turn all of a Sudan.
  15. 2-0 up at HT and Reading down to ten men.
  16. Only caught the second half but their captain (#6) looked decent.
  17. I don't know when the draw is but Derby will be at home and against one of seven possible opponents: Port Vale, Fleetwood, Stockport, Barnsley, Burton, Liverpool U21's, Forest U21's.
  18. I thought they'd had a season or two in the Championship.
  19. Yeah, Nelson would be my choice too.
  20. I was going to start a new thread but I'll just mention what's on my mind in this one. If we all put down our Ram Goggles and looked at it objectively, just how good are our players in truth? How many of those who are usually in the matchday squad would we consider to be genuinely good enough for a top-two team in this league? And of those, how many would command a regular starting place in even just a lower mid-table Championship side? In my opinion it isn't that many, even for the top-two in our division. Bird certainly, Cashin, Wildsmith and Vickers probably, Nelson, Wilson, NML and Nyambe possibly. I hold hopes for some of the younger lads too, especially Thompson. The remainder though wouldn't, again in my opinion, be starting many (or indeed any) games for a Championship club that isn't on its arse (hello Wendies) or a top two L1 side. That includes regular starters for us like Fozzy, Hourihane, Barkhuizen, Collins, Waghorn, Washington and Smith. As for Sibley, who knows what his true level is? I'm not sure anybody does and that seems to include several Derby managers. So what's your point caller? Dunno really. I suppose it's that our squad is still unbalanced and basically isn't any better than our league position suggests it is.
