Yes, it's definitely an art, of which I'm rightly proud. 

Drinks, and pub decor taken into consideration first, then outfit to match. 

I also send spies round to see what other people are wearing.

I think at the very least it's valid to question the medical model of mental illness, as this tends to frame the way in which people understand their experience. 

Fine if that's not what anyone wants to discuss here, but it's good to be aware that there are other, generally more empowering, ways of making sense of life.
