Ctrl C and then Ctrl V my words.....into notepad, or Word if you're rich...this feud will be bigger than any that ronnierondale could muster.
So big in fact, a podcast showdown will be recorded by summer's end.
I hope you likes to post ratio falls below 1/1, and you cry, you filthy gingerist!!!!!!!

I do do it, most of the time. Emptying it is a job I hate, so if the system is followed it makes it quicker and easier to empty.
It's not rockect science. Just put all the same items together, so they can be easily grabbed and put back in the cupboards with the minimum fuss. But no, that's too hard for some people who would rather mix plates of different sizes and mix up the cutlery.
Of course now she does it for a lark just to annoy me. She's so funny.

People who have obviously never been shopping before, who act with complete surprise when the checkout worker asks them to insert their card, wasting valuable seconds while they root around in their handbag for a purse, then shuffle through 10 cards to find the correct one.

No, we don't accept Blockbuster video cards, madam, seeing as they went bust a decade ago.
Neither do we accept Tesco club card vouchers either, seeing as you're in Sainsbury's, you tight fisted ****.
I'd honestly allow each hand held laser scanner to be loaded with a round of live ammunition, to be fired into the forehead of the 1st ******** each day to feign suprise at being asked to pay for their goods, for the good of society as a whole.

Many years ago, I gave a lift home to a lad of about 18. He'd been out with one of my daughters, on a first date. When they got back, I offered him a lift back to his place.
He got into the car, and without saying a word, ejected the cassette from the player (it was a long time ago!), and replaced it with one from his jacket pocket. Then pressed play.
    There wasn't a second date.

Matt Edmondson is by far the most irritating individual ever to be allowed on the radio.  His voice wants to make me cut my ears off, blend them and pour the resulting mulch down the toilet!!!  Other than him, I still enjoy Radio 1, however I'm getting scarily close to finding the songs they play indistinguishable from each other and switching to Radio 2.  At which point I will buy myself a pipe and tartan slippers because I'll be officially old...

    Women and make up:
stupid crayon eye brows that make you do a double take, like wtf is that on your face?
'Contouring'. What? You paint your face so it looks like you have cheekbones or a chiselled chin and no flab. I saw a girl at the match and from the front she looked like a model but from the side she looked like a hamster. It messed with my head. And she had the blackest thick eyebrows ever. Dumb.
Pouty fat 'bee stung' lips. Eh? Who wants them? Drawn round the edge and plumped up like they'll pop. Makes me ashamed to be female with these air heads about.
Oh and leggings with a short tshirt. Put it away, who wants to see what you had for your dinner.

Oh yes! No longer do I have to confine my ire to the Tony Pulis' hat thread.
    - Music being whittled down to 'the top 50 tracks of all time', 'the top 100 songs of the last 20 years', '30 riffs by Eric Clapton that influenced music in the 90's' type lists. Revisionist, look how cool I am b*llocks.
    - People, good friends, co-workers who like really rubbish films. I mean yes we could go and watch the Fast and the Furious 17 or we could watch the new Scorsese.
    - Being in a group of people, usually on holiday, that can't decide where to go for dinner and end up walking around for half an hour. No, I don't want to go to Rome and have a McDonalds.
    - Preachy vegans... otherwise known as 99% of vegans.
    - 'So called Islamic State'. What the f**k is that cop out? Just say Islamic State, it's definitely a legitimate organisation at this point in time. The BBC trying to pretend it isn't, isn't going to change things.
    - When Redcar became Redka to all news correspondents. Another victim of Matt Smith disease.
    - People who don't even try and pronounce long words/names correctly. Saying 'whatever that word is' makes you sound more of a moron .
    - The housing crisis. Seriously. Stop building 4 bed semis for £380,000 and build some nice 1 bed apartments and 2 bed houses for less than £110,000. Buy-to-letters can die a horrible syphilis-ridden death as well.
    - The five team acca becoming some sort of pillar of culture. When did wasting £10 twice a week become acceptable? You know nothing about Swindon Town, why did you put them down to win away?
    - Gym people/fun run addicts. Ok, so I'm glad people are getting fitter, but going to the gym 4 nights a week or running a 10k around Tamworth or some such Northern wasteland every weekend makes talking to you so very boring. Kale and pomegranate flavour protein shakes are not an interesting conversational topic.
    - T-shirts worn by aforementioned gym freaks that are 2 sizes too small to show off their biceps. Usually paired with a massive beard, beanie hat, skinny jeans and hi-top trainers.
    And breathe...

They aren't. The way you have been treated is appalling. As you say yourself, you know that your anxiety leads you to be hyper self critical. I do the same thing myself, so I recognise what you are saying.
Anyone looking at that situation objectively could see that the employer has broken all the rules, and has no management skills and no basic decency. With proper representation you could probably take them to the cleaners.
The important thing is not to lose faith in yourself. If you find it difficult to find that from within, then take support from those who know, understand and care about you. I agree with you that sometimes it isn't safe to be open about your difficulties, but the worst thing is being alone with them.
You tried to be honest and open with your employer and had that trust thrown back in your face. I hope you have others in your life who can treat you with the understanding and respect you deserve. Definitely get support, if not from friends and family, then from one of the mental health services that are there for that purpose.
I would also say try not to put too much pressure on yourself with regard to work. I know you need to live, but the measure of your worth as a person is not in how much you earn.

I'm aware there is this public wave of "speak up" if you're unwell but I'd add a word of caution to that. Be careful and be sure that the person you're speaking to is ready to handle it. Friends or bosses.
I've probably dropped hints that I'm out of work right now, although I am trying to rebuild through running my own business.
I was diagnosed with high functioning depression the year I left Poland and didn't continue treatment here in the UK, thinking I should "man up" (the worst ducking phrase in the world of male depression).
High performance anxiety means among other things that I'm very self critical no matter how well I'm performing and don't need or respond well to others criticising, especially if unwarranted.
So I'm working for my best mate, known him since we were five - over a two year period I've gone from earning 150k USD down to accepting a job with him on 24k just because I need to get back on my feet and think working with/for him is the best thing I could do. issue with that, he speaks to me (and others) like I'm a piece of poo, he ricks my balloon when I'm having great days and nothing anyone ever does is good enough, he always focusses on what hasn't been done.
As a leader, he's everything I'm not. My view, a leader should motivate and lift those around him.
They gave me a target of 650k in sales, I wouldn't accept it. I told them to make it 1.3m - despite the fact I wouldn't get paid any extra, my bonus was 20% of salary no matter how I performed. They told me I was full of poo and wouldn't hit it, apparently I'd put my balls well and truly on the line....
I hit my targets, he wasn't happy cos most of it came from 3 NEW customers and I should focus on trying to get smaller customers as well.
One day he strolled in an 3pm and the first thing he did was hammer me in front of everyone for going to the toilet while the phone is ringing, I'm 44 I hadn't stopped all day and I needed to ask if I could go for a wee?  we have a massive argument in the office and the writing is on the wall. Anyway, I end up sending him an email handing my notice in. He ignores it. Friday afternoon, still nothing, not even an acknowledgement.
So I come to work as normal, not knowing what the duck I can do to get him to listen or talk. I end up sending him a link to an article explaining my illness and ask him if we can talk about it. telling him honestly the way he talks to me hurts.
We talk about it alright, he brings the owner of the company down, we sit in an office for two hours with him telling me I'm schizophrenic, how I'm like a woman and how I'm an analyst and not a sales person, I'm incredibly selfish and disruptive, eventually I start crying and ask him to stop, he shouts upstairs to one of my colleagues and asks him to come down to confirm that yes, I am indeed nuts.
They owed me 4.8k in bonus, due a month later  so instead of walking out, I stayed and promised I would change...I would change. ffs.
It didn't get any better and eventually ended with my best mate taking my mobile phone, my car keys and telling me to leave, when I asked if he was firing me, he said it's better for everyone that you leave, I said I'm not leaving, you need to fire me. His answer was to threaten to call the police and have me removed. I told him he was a twit and next time we were out for a pint I'd... then I shut up.
I had to walk home from the Showcase in Nottingham to Alfreton cos he wouldn't let anyone give me lift.
After a review meeting with no independent witnesses, I was fired for threatening behaviour with the entire office apparently afraid for their safety.
I now can't and don't want to trust anyone. I'm broken. As a team mate, a colleague or even a boss, I'm terrified that they are right.
Be careful who you talk to. Not everyone is understanding, a lot of people are terrified by the very thought of it.

I watched the Tyson Fury interviews and I was shocked at how much I related to his experiences with mental health. It shows money and success doesn’t matter. Granted, I’ve thankfully never been at the crossroads of if I want to live or die and I don’t think I ever will. I’m incredibly lucky to have people in my life who care about me. It helps ease any negative thoughts that might pass through my mind.
I unfortunately take things very personally and I believe it’s down to past bullying at school for years and mental scars sometimes don’t heal fully. It’s so bizarre because I can have someone yell at me and not affect  my day. However the next day, a tiny harmless remark can trigger the emotions, which is frustrating and has the knock on effect of having negative thoughts. I can go into my shell and not talk to anyone and even go to the work toilet and cry. Mental health does the stranges things and it’s unpredictable nature sadly costs lives.
In the interview, Fury mentions the time he had a panic attack and felt like dying. Having experienced a severe one, it flooded back the memories. You can’t breathe, you’re passing out, you can’t hold your waters, it’s the worst nightmare imaginable. And 18 months on, I still haven’t fully recovered. Granted, it’s about trying to retrain the brain but you can easily lose focus and the airways mentally close up. It’s a feeling like nothing else.
I know what I have is genetic and my sister is mentally unwell. Where as I’m open to talk about my issues, nobody can talk about it with her. She’s aggressive if you talk about her condition which is sad, so sad. But that’s not her fault. It never will be.
Mental Health has a stigma and is a silent killer of men and women. If I ever raise money it’s for mental health charities. We hear a lot about it being difficult to spot and I agree. I can quite easily put a poker face on for most of the day if needed. This is why we need to encourage more folks to get involved with talking about feelings and stop shying away from issues. Talking is the hardest yet the best starting point on the path to get help. And thankfully I have a platform to express my thoughts ??

I'm a Bellew fan too and don't give him more than a punchers chance BUT...
Usyk is an immense fighter. He's got a solid jab, his footwork is A*, he fires in from so many angles, he has more movement in his shoulders than Bellew has with his head! He sets traps when he finishes a goading attack. However some of his attributes are being played up. He isn't a massive puncher. So providing Bellew can see the shots coming and can control the distance then he should be able to take them on the chin all night. And Usyk can be hit. Once he softens you up and steps in, he admires his own work a bit. He's been hit a few times in previous fights by going into his routine and a wild swing has hit him. He can be hit. He has lost rounds too. He doesn't instantly find his flow.
Bellew needs to control the range. He needs to force Usyk to respect his power at every opportunity. Usyk is supremely confident. He's an arrogant fighter who completely believes he's the best boxer above light heavyweight. And he probably is. If Bellew can take away his rhythm and hit him hard then it just might distract Usyk long enough to land a real KO shot.
But Usyk has fought the elite and they couldn't do it. I don't think Bellew is good enough either but Usyk isn't invincible and Bellew will have the script.
Usyk seems like a top bloke too. Daft as owt.
I'm going Usyk with a points win and maybe a knockdown. A Bellew win by KO is more likely than Leicester winning the PL though.
I don't believe Usyk will have it all his own way.

Far from being a boxing connoisseur, I do love watching the sport.  Just don't have tb insight to be able to judge who's good and who's great.
One thing o would say is over the last couple of years I've totally changed my opinion on Bellew the man as well as the boxer.
I had him down as a loudmouth.
I got it totally wrong, the bloke is breath of fresh air.
In my opinion he's impossible not to like, very funny guy who is a lot cleverer than I gave him credit for.
