I used to work with someone who was a man by day but a woman at night just a couple of years ago.
When we went out for our departments Christmas drink he was invited to attend same as everyone else.
But he was the only one that was asked if he was attending in his home kit or away kit.
    😂😂😂

Obviously he saw the funny side because his answer was you will have to wait and see with a wry smile.

This IMO is a great video and method of training which makes it enjoyable and will motivate you to do more.
    Consistency will always win.

    Hello doms-ness my old friend,
You've come to torture me again,
    Creeping whilst I was sleeping,
    Lactic acid ruined everything,
    And listen,
    To the sounds of,
f**** sake all I did was stand up.....

Word of caution about jumping in & doing too much straight away...
During first Covid lockdown I thought it's be a good idea to do start doing those daily Joe Wicks youtube workouts with miss Wolfie.
Day 1..... Joined late, so missed any warm up (if there was one). First 10 minutes of squats after not doing leg excercise for a good while. Had to stop. Legs on fire for the next 2 days & struggles with stairs. Never did it again.
Start slow & easy people & gradually build up!

From my memory of "7 habits of highly effective people" I learned - if you want to change something about your life, change something about your life.
And by that I mean make a small change. It might be a catalyst to bigger changes. Pick a small thing and focus on making it happen.

Im saying all this in good faith, not trying to be argumentative or arrogant which is hard to convey in text lol
just i find the whole concept and subject about the macro factors that are affecting our money fascinating and a little worrying
i just think that bitcoin is the answer to protecting my savings over a prolonged period of time. This doesnt mean im not open to others like property, gold stocks and shares .. and diversity is the key obviously and always open to hear others ideas
i just like to try and share what i do and dont know about bitcoin as to many its a totally foreign thing… but i genuinely believe its going to he something we will all want to own down the line
    but thats just me 🙏👍

Is that making money though? You only make the money when you cash it in. The people who made the money are those you bought the BTC from
I realise the logical paradox here, and how it applies to all money (or more accurately spendable currency) but I'm still trying to get my head around the BTC end game. Because it's a speculative asset, if everyone just buys and holds and gets horny about the price going up, how is that deflationary? And if everyone holds then where is the supply?
I dunno. I've only just woken up but I do find it fascinating and I enjoy reading your thoughts @NottsRam77
Blows my mind that someone just invented a form of money that is essentially just selling cells in spreadsheet for no reason 🤣

They can offer international coverage, so I guess it depends on the numbers if it's worthwhile. If it's not profitable they may cut it which is a huge shame as ramstv is pretty good.
I'm pretty sure they'll still have the radio Derby coverage.

I'd split between A & B myself. I'm far from risk averse, but I've been caught out with other investments (non-crypto) where I piled too many eggs into one basket (read 'played it like a greedy mug'). Working the cycle though seems to me to be the most sensible play and doing so may allow you to take a healthy whack out and ultimately still HODL a stack, if you believe the 10 year forecasts for BTC. I'm slightly torn on this though as my hunch is that there may still be some decent upside to BTC, as and when traditional markets fully recover. First rule of thumb for me has always been get the mortgage covered and the kids sorted. Everything else comes way behind those two aims, but at the end of the day, it's a very personal choice and only you will know what profile is acceptable given your circumstances and what is not. Being mortgage free though... It's a nice place to be!

I understand why you would (from all the very well reasoned posts you've made) - but to me, option C is by far the highest risk strategy (unregulated and volatile) of the 3 - hence one of the reasons I'm disinclined to go anywhere near it. Also ethically I don't feel comfortable with it, as I've mentioned before a few times!
