Carl Sagan got a reaction from Andicis in V Notts F*rest (h) match day thread
Everyone else will have played. We'll need a win to go third or fourth; if they win they overtake us. I love that it's at night under the floodlights, with a proper DERBY atmosphere. Our players will revel in it.
Mount is so due a goal. Marriott and Wilson can't stop scoring and should bag one each too. Love to see Captain Keezy get one too. These games ebb and flow, but I hope the fans remain steadfast and in full voice throughout.
Feels the first time in years they're close to us, but would you rather Karanka's steadfast defending or Frankie's verve and attempts to play beautiful football? I know who I'd prefer to watch and believe our beautiful game will triumph on the night.
Perhaps a 4-1 and an epic night in which we rediscover our joie de vivre as a launchpad for the second half of the season. Come on you Rams! 🐏🐏🐏🐏

That's not what he said at all. For those who haven't read it, the key quote was:
"If it's going to be something in January, it will be small, in terms of numbers. We haven't got loads to play with, but it's not a problem for me. I'm pleased with what I've got," Lampard said when asked about his plans in January."
You're just stirring. Basically there's nothing to see here and Frank is happy with the hand he's got.

Good to see the Coventry fans are having the same sort of discussion we're having about Liverpool recalling Harry Wilson:
    https://www.skybluestalk.co.uk/threads/luke-thomas-massive-concern.94850/
It means Luke is playing well and the loan's working how it should. Though the difference is (I believe) Luke's loan is only officially until January so if he's to stay, it needs to be specifically extended.

That is exactly what he said. By saying we won't do much due to lack of funds he is also saying that if we had more money he would spend it and replace (or add to) a fair number of the squad, so although his words literally said he was happy with what he'd got, the deeper meaning was he wasn't.

perhaps he should just say he has loads of money to spend in order to encourage the selling clubs to up their prices.  Honesty is rarely rewarded in business and this is nothing that I didn't expect him to say

Carl Sagan reacted to angieram in Derby 21st in this Championship table
I did the first time but when I refreshed it, the details came up.
Basic story is Championship clubs owe from £0 (Rotherham and WBA) to £123 million (Stoke) to a combination of owners and/or banks.
We're listed only 21st and owing £3 million.

This would definitely work if Chariots Of Fire had words and wasn't an instrumental
And those words  included the phrase "Chariots Of Fire"
Other than that  -I'm well up for it

Agreed. It's going to be extra special under the lights. Finishing work in Nottingham early and getting the train (sigh). Then after the game I'll be getting the bus back in this direction (again, sigh). I'll probably spend as much time surrounded by Forest fans as Derby.

Exactly this. A Derby match needs to be under the floodlights, not at midday on a Sunday. Wish I could make it up to Derby so close to Christmas, but I can't. But plenty of the Sagan clan will be there to witness an epic.
Too busy for a weekend bender, but hoping to party Monday night and all through Tuesday!
