Indeed it does, having just listened to it this lunchtime.

Basically, Fujitsu were the cheapest bidder for the PO contract to develop the IT system. They then realised that it was a far bigger job than they thought, and tried to adapt a previous system they'd got - which was originally used for something else. The new bits of programming (technical term) didn't match precisely with the older bits and numbers went missing because there was nowhere for them to go. And then the PO lies began........

For anyone (including me) who isn't sure of the backstory of this, theres a really good summary in the first half of this week's The Rest Is Politics podcast (episode 208). Fantastic podcast generally as well. @richinspain

Try it again but without a case on. I've never understood why phone manufacturers spend a fortune making their products a fraction of a mm thinner for each iteration and looking all shiny & sleek - and then everyone has to immediately put them in a case or they'd shatter the first time they fall out of their pocket when getting out of the car (I do this A LOT). I remember a few years ago, I got a new work iPhone (8 I think) just before a group of us went away to Amsterdam for the weekend. I dropped it from the top of the steps as I left the plane and it was therefore shattered and unusable within about 4 hours of me getting it.

Reptile (Netflix) Detective/murder drama with Benicio Del Toro, Justin Timberlake (yes, that one) and Alicia Silverstone. "Tom Nichols (Del Toro) is a hardened New England detective, unflinching in his pursuit of a case where nothing is as it seems and it begins to dismantle the illusions in his own life". Decent thriller. Hadn't seen JT act before but he was fine. Silverstone was very good and Del Toro always is. Too many un-answered questions for Mrs Wolfie but I enjoyed it - Solid 7/10

Glad it's not just me who hates the poem. Absolute cringe for the seemingly 20 minutes it goes on and on and on for.

Well after 2 episodes I'm thinking Traitors isn't for me. Too many annoying personalities (especially Diane & Paul - who was recently also on Deal-or-no-Deal, apparently). Also all the annoying tension building BS. Plus of course the pointless challenges. Nah.

After only catching bits here & there of the first series, I've decided to watch this one properly - starting last night with S2 Ep1. I fast-forwarded through the challenge bit, though, and can't for the life of me work out why they exist. After all, it's in everyone's interest to bump up the prize fund (not as if the traitors have to try and make them fail).
