  1. Shouldn't you be dressing up one of your dogs or something?
  2. I'm not sure many will hold their hands up at this stage, even if they did. Not a criticism, but this topic is already populated by Warne Out members. Any voices in favour would be pissing in the wind now. I will use the word sadly here, sadly I think his time is up. I'm yet to see a manager come back from this level of criticism in the social media era. Regardless of style of football, hoofball or keepball, if you're not getting the results to back it your days are numbered. Fans voices are heard. Yesterday will not have gone unnoticed. We are in a recoverable situation here with a game or two in hand.
  3. @Boycie is well into dressing his dog up now, would be rude of me to take the pics off Facebook to post on here, so I will simply urge him to do so himself. Close to having more dressed up dogs than humans in his house now!
  4. You have to understand, the Derby County board is for Derby County content. Not Aberdeen. Likewise I haven't created a Grimsby Rams topic up there and filled it with Docks Academy gigs as 99% of visitors to that board will not be bothered at all. It's not for random music videos, gigs and the like. It's for purely Derby County. More than happy for this topic to remain in the main board, however it must be Derby County related. Otherwise it stays down here, ball is in your court. We have an Ex Rams board where Paul Coutts content could freely go as well. Lots of former players have active topics. Even the Derby County Flags topic has had Rangers flags in there from time to time. It's not a Rangers board either. There is a place for most things on this board and you could freely have an Aberdeen Music Scene topic down here, separated from the football. Hell, you could even have an Inverurie and Aberdeen football topic in the Football Forum. You have chosen not to and want to criticise the forum for not letting you create this mish mash topic in our main board. All we've done is move it to the appropriate board. Not banned it. Locked it, hidden anything. If you leave, it's your choice. Nobody is held hostage on here, however we will ensure the forum is kept tidy. Derby County up top, music and other stuff down here.
  5. When you block a poster, you will still see their username on the homepage if they made a latest post. You will also see a post block where their post is and the ability to see it if you choose to. You will also see their posts if others quote them, as others are basically copying and pasting their post. Little we can do about that.
  6. Awful kit. Just as awful as having a number 2 without a squatty potty!
  7. All sold out now, will have to chance the resale market. Hotel booked, only £35 for a Travelodge. That will do.
  8. Another common one is, we're not ready to go up, like we're waiting for the prefect team to go up with. You take promotion whenever you can with open arms, I would take another 07/08 season in the Prem as the financial rewards for that one season are huge and give you the ability (if you don't appoint Jewell) to bounce straight back and give it another go. Forest went up, they didn't have a decent platform to build on, we all thought the summer madness would see them go straight down, now look at them.
  9. Brings back many conversations I have had on here with people that would be happy to stay in the Championship and play fancy football. I don't get that mentality personally, if you enter the top 6 are you then wanting to lose to drop out, or do you get off on the losing in the play offs, at Wembley, then celebrate in London after we're staying in the Championship? As you say, ambition should always be to reach the very top, however unrealistic that may seem, otherwise as you say, why bother.
  10. Managed to get tickets for the Liam Gallagher Definitely Maybe tour, Thursday in Manchester standing 🙌
  11. I don't think there is any tamper proof ways currently, so not sure how they will enforce that. Even traditional cameras you can edit the time and date easy enough. Best advice I could give you would be to tell them, this sounds like a you problem, not a me problem.
  12. I know what curiosity did to the cat, but I'm curious as to what the purpose of this photo could be for. I could say take a photo, open it in photoshop and write the date, time, location, a load of nonsense, none of which is true, save and send it to wherever you want this photo to go to. The only way to prove it was accurate data, is swipe up on the photo (or press i), reveal the metadata and take a screenshot and send that. Even then you could change the data without too much effort.
  13. Aware of the forum rules I wrote and not wanting to go down the religion path, I'll skirt it the best I can. Wasn't long ago Islamophobia was thrown about, yet here we are not wanting to see people killed that so happen to be muslim, now antisemitism is thrown back. Religion amongst others is now being used as a layer of protection against criticism. And we should be able to call out what's wrong in the world without being labelled, be it fat, thin, male, female, muslim, christian, white, asian, mixed race. The loss of civilian lives be it Israeli or Palestinian is wrong. Simple as that. Refer back to my first post in this thread. Stop killing people ffs.
  14. Look back at the replies to that tweet on this topic. Members rightly called it out as inciting violence. Not one agreed with it. I can see where over the top criticism can lead to, however that is not taking place in this topic. In my opinion anyway. Early reports suggested Israel had bombed the hospital, even Sky News ran the story, people will react instantly. You have to expect that. Had they reported a failed Hamas bomb, the same level of criticism would take place. Now the waters have been muddied, nobody knows for sure other than those responsible. Either way, more Palestinian casualties have been added to the list. As for the 6000 civilian deaths, this came from stats provided by the UN. However to correct @Alpha, that is indeed the total, you can narrow it down. All: 6,407 Armed Group: 1,022 Civilian: 3,803 Dispute: 1,582 3,803 civilian deaths, that is a tragic number still. Compare that to Israeli fatalities All: 308 Civilian: 177 Armed Forces: 131 https://www.ochaopt.org/data/casualties Now I'm sure the data cannot be 100% accurate, yet it's data which is being provided by the UN and without being on the ground ourselves we have nothing else to go on.
  15. If you didn't fill this topic full of random weirdness and rogue music videos, gigs and all over absolutely nothing Derby related, maybe we would find a place for you at the top table. I have actually just created a topic up there on this.
  16. The US and UK have no moral high ground to stand on when it comes to bombing other countries so no, I wouldn't expect them to denounce them as murderers. It's disappointing neither joined the calls for a ceasefire. I can't wrap my head around that one. From what's been reported, Biden has said the Egypt border will reopen, however they need to repair the damage from the recent rocket attacks. I won't go into where they have come from. What I don't understand is the desire to continue bringing Jews into this still, why are they being referred to by their religion like it somehow plays a part in this? When 9/11 occurred, was we referring to Americans as the Christians, how the Christians were acting in self defence. Not at all. Read the topic, members are not against the Jewish people, they are against the bombing of innocent civilians on both sides and quite open in labelling Hamas as a terrorist organisation. I'm not sure where you feel the need for balance is, hold on, let's not want zero civilian deaths, let's support Israel with a few as they were attacked first. Now I know you wouldn't sign off on that at all, it's just confusing where you're finding this lack of balance like there is a huge support for Hamas on here or something when it's clearly not the case.
  17. For a start, I disagree wholeheartedly again. Nobody is talking about "The Jews", we are talking about Israel the country, the head of the country, those approving the launching of these rockets. That in your words response to an attack is disproportionate. Your words. In the same breath, you claim most right minded people are supporting Israel, what, in this disproportionate response?? I would argue most righted people are not supporting either side and calling for a cease fire, stop the loss of lives and provide humanitarian aid to those in need. The comparisons to Putin are very basic. Disproportionate response in self defence. Now you can argue all you like that Russia had no reason to act in self defence, however they have, they felt it was necessary, likewise Israel feel justified in their acts of self defence. It's not the Jewish people that are firing rockets. It's the military ordered by their government. Inflaming the situation would be to continue bringing "The Jews" into this, it has absolutely nothing to do with the Jewish people. They could be Jewish, Muslim, Catholic, Christian, doesn't matter, completely irrelevant so I'm not sure why you continue to try and push this as some kind of forum attack on the Jews. I'll repeat what I said earlier, I would argue most righted people are not "supporting" either side and calling for a cease fire, stop the loss of lives and provide humanitarian aid to those in need.
  18. I understand the desire to retain eyes on as it pays the bills. The thing is, it's a social media platform, what made it popular was the sharing of content, you would always return to Twitter after. He's now pushing for full articles to be published on his platform, however no journalist will quit their jobs to somewhere with no base rate of pay, where you're reliant on ad view money and a controlled algorithm that can change with his next policy change brain fart to get your content out there. For such a rich man, far richer than I will ever be even in a Carl Sagan live forever world, however his logic in decision making is so flawed in every step it's staggering.
  19. Obviously I would disagree given you have quoted my post. The thing is, I'm struggling to understand how you can sit here and say bombing Gaza is fair game for the festival attack, yet think Russia should have just sat and chuckled politely as NATO surrounded them. Self defence is protecting yourself. Both will claim their actions are justified to defend themselves.
  20. Definitely getting confused with women's beach volleyball there, get yourself on YouTube 😂
  21. There is no justification for the way Russia has responded to the expansion of NATO, none whatsoever, I think that was the point. Whilst you're correct NATO have never attacked Russia, Russia will claim it's necessary for their own defence, what should they have done, nothing? Sat back and watched their "enemies" surround them and setup military bases on their doorsteps? Would that not be a sign of weakness? Same argument being used for Israel bombing Gaza now, what were they to do, nothing? Both Russia and Israel's actions with zero care for the loss of lives to innocent civilians, is just, words fail me at this point.
  22. I'll be honest, yourself and others are more clued up on this than I am, for many years I chose to avoid the news and think everything in the world is honky dory, let's just play football and chase girls. It's only with the growth of social media and my own age I see more, try and understand, yet end up hating the world we live in. Why any country needs to build rockets, nukes, warships etc. is beyond me when it's millions, billions out of the economy whilst we all graft to keep the heating on and food in our stomachs. At what point can these control freaks just be happy with their land borders and live in peace respecting others? It's mental. I don't know how much support there is on the ground for Hamas from Palestinians, it's impossible for me to gauge, I would guess there is a significant amount support as it's their only defence for the slice of land they have. What Israel should avoid doing is turning that peaceful civilian flag waving support into armed active fighters, which will surely happen as Gaza is flattened and the loss of lives mount up.
  23. Feels a bit distasteful given what is going on in the world today, however it is time for my annual topic on fireworks. It's October 16th. The dog is petrified hiding in the bathroom. Shut the seat to hide the skiddys. Ban the public sale of fireworks ffs!
