Seen a couple of articles online suggesting that their appeal is likely to backfire. Their original deduction was reduced from 6 points to 4 on the basis of 'full cooperation' and rather idiotically, they've now thrown any goodwill under the bus. With the PL originally having sought an 8 point deduction, it might well be that that is precisely what Forest end up with, only this time, with no right to appeal. 

13 games without a win and 8 points deducted or almost another 3 straight defeats on top and 16 games without a win in real money. Almost half a season and still not in the relegation zone.  The bottom of that league really is bobbins this season.

Listing the stadium as an  asset of community value (ACV) isn't perfect (as we found out when MM sold the stadium to himself!) but it is a safeguard for the future.

Nowhere near top4, top 5 which could mean CL next season is very doubtful. Their demise is tragic and delightful in equal measure.

Sums up both teams. There is individual quality, but they are all over the place in terms of structure and control.

I wasn’t sure if I could possibly say anything comforting here. But also couldn’t just leave it with a like on your post. I’ve been thinking about you over Easter, and have everything crossed for your second scan.
Whatever the outcome though, it sounds like there’s some hard decisions to come.
Life absolutely sucks sometimes. But at some point in the future, could be a year, could be 5 years, could be ten years, you’ll be happy, and you’ll look back and wonder how the hell you got through this. But you did. And whatever has happened, all the good, and the bad, has got you to that point of being happy, whatever that looks like. it might seem like a long way off, but it’s there waiting for you.

You guys who weren’t at Crawley in 2011 for our glorious third round FAC exit are clearly plastics. Terrible game, and my umbrella gave up the fight after only 15 minutes. Soggy prawn sandwiches are yuk.

Chesterfield are already promoted which should restore at least one to the list. They were crowned champions last week with 5 games to go, are on course for over 100 pts and have scored over 100 goals, a remarkable achievement that seems to have slipped largely under the radar since the National League returned to obscurity after the promotion of Hollywood fc last season.

I think we shared the record for longest stay in the championship too. Along with Forest. So if we can share a bit of their fortune, form, whatever and follow their trajectory, that would be nice.

I agree, it could have been better, but literally everything went to form.  That makes it an average day in my book.  
I guess we just have a different outlook on life/football/DCFC?  I don't think that makes either of us wrong. 
I've seen today's results.  I'm not jumping for joy admittedly... but I most certainly ain't having a s*** day!  🤣

It'd be terrific if Ipswich confirm promotion before Forest's appeal is heard. "Impossible? I put it to you Mr De Marco that far from being impossible, Ipswich Town have shown that it is anything but impossible! Appeal dismissed. Have another -4 points for your arrogance."

On a tangent, but how amusing would it be to see Leicester bottle promotion after being so far ahead and with such a financial advantage over others...
