  1. Rams 2-1 shoemakers FRGS NML (lose this one and Eustace in!)
  2. Well, not jump exactly but I agree that he’d be a good option should a vacancy arise!
  3. We’re rolling along on the crest of a slump! Now we can look forward to our mid season disasters Followed by our end of season lethargy And apathy! I love football ⚽️
  4. Anyone else optimistic about this one? (Mind you I was certain of three points last Saturday too!)
  5. I have often posted tongue in cheek or humorous (at least to me!) comments as an aged PopSider on this site. Yet I have never had so many laughing 😂 emojis as on here. Ironic as I started this topic in all seriousness! Not since Frank Wignall (SuperSub) can I recall a player engendering such a range of controversial opinions. I like and admire Louie and feel that his skills are underused in the present régime.
  6. Shots on target six.....one goal Excesses none! We've been here before!
  7. For whom? (No, sorry, that was cruel!) Come on Conor, Onwards and Uppards!
  8. Won’t take too many defeats like yesterday! Not even a miss from a cheater penalty spurred them into life and losing to an own goal…. Massively bitter pill to swallo! Warne thin I’m afraid!
  9. Watching Sibley in games recently I am more and more convinced that he is being over-managed! Zlatan used to say that he was a Ferrari being driven like a Fiat! Sir Matt Busby said to Bestie “George, just be in the round 15 minutes before kick-off and you’re in the team!” Sibley is too good to be micromanaged. Would it be best for Mr Warne to let him off the lead and play to his strengths? Use him or lose him to a Prem team and watch his value multiply for them!
  10. A good clean game lads….no dirty stuff!
  11. Anyone else remember a Boxing Day 4-4 at the BBG vs Man U? Little Les Green’s last game under Cloughie! (He didn’t sober up in time!!
  12. RIP Sir Bobby! One of the best known and best loved footballers in world history! Anyone who knew two English words in the late 20th century would usually say “Bobby Charlton,” A legend in every sense of the word. Condolences to Sir Bobby’s family!
  13. Is this match as boring as the score line suggests?
