Worst in terms of being a 'team' at least the Premiership 11 point squad tried it's best and were just massively lacking in quality. This squad should be mid-table at least but a complete lack of passion for the job, the club, the fans, and each other makes this team the worst 'team' I have seen in 30+ seasons

Yep. Every single spend was to make his ego feel better. If he'd really cared he'd have considered what might happen if things went wrong. He was in charge and wanted the plaudits - well there are NONE.

The issue is, he set out ‘The Derby Way’. You don’t set out that vision and use it as justification for sacking a manager whom you’ve allowed to spend £25,000,000 and increased the wage bill by £14,000,000 only to follow it up by appointing 4-4-2, energetic football under Nigel Pearson. 
His decisions have been agreed with because he acted like a fan and not a chairman. 

First 4 have been involved I will give you, final 2 not really proved anything regarding consistency in the 1st team yet, hopefully it will get better, that was my point!

I would rather start Kelle than Marshall at this moment in time.

At this point I'd rather give Stretton a chance ahead of Delap. Both roughly around the same part of their progression, but we'd be better off financially if we focus on developing our own.
