Well we've watched ourselves over the past few weeks heading towards relegation. Without putting up a struggle never mind a fight.
What's next? Mel sells the club to the first person willing to take over the responsibility for the clubs debts. While the new owners use any money coming into the club to pay the interest on the loan they used to buy the club, meaning there's no money to rebuild the team.
With no hope of the club climbing back up the league and Morris having retained the ownership of the stadium. The new buyers will realise there's no profit to be made from owning the club, so disappear over the horizon as fast as they can, leaving the club in a worse financial state than it is now. Forcing the club to go into administration and dropping out of the league.
Well thats me now sat at the bottom of my black pit of despair. Is this pessimistic enough?

Just listened to John Barns on the radio talking about the clubs backing down from forming the EFL. 
Fully agree with everything he said. That the ordinary fans haven't won anything, that the clubs, the FA, UEFA and FIFA will still carry on exploiting the fans. That the billionaire owners and the elite groups of people that run the football governing bogies only care about what is best for them.

Pretty much the same when hearing of the death of a celebrity. I can never understand the grieve shown by the general public for someone they've only seen on tv.
I found the none stop coverage of the death of the Duke of Edinburgh, that was spread over the Friday, Saturday and Sunday a little OTT.
He may have played some role in the life of our nation but with having no direct connection to him or his family, I don't feel any personal loss when his death was announced. 
As for his funeral on the Saturday, I'll probably give it a passing interest but it will be more to it's historical significance. This will be more than I gave to the funeral of Diana. Which I spent on Mablethorpe beach, building sandcastles with my kids.

With the possibility of a third wave hitting mainland Europe. If as we are constantly being told that we have contol of our own borders, along with the toughest quarantine registration of any other country. Why is Johnson saying he expects the third wave to wash up on our shores?

With travelling abroad for a holiday being ban. My first thought the title was referring to a virtual holiday, that people could take  in place of an actual holiday. Similar to the Blue skies on Mars vacation that Douglas Quaid was planning to take.

It's not dogs I dislike, it's their owners. When I'm out walking I don't want to be accosted by an untrained dog. While being told by it's owner, it's very friendly it won't harm you. When this happens when I'm out walking with my grandchildren, it takes a lot of self control, not to tell the owners that if they don't control their animal, I'll be launching it over the nearest fence with a size nine boot.
