This is completely wrong. We were ordered to resubmit accounts which were in accordance with FRS102... not necessarily straight-line

Over recent seasons, 3rd bottom has finished with between 40 points (15/16) and 51 points (16/17)
The average over 20 years being 45.5, but the general trend is that figure decreasing (44.4 over the last 10 years).
Using the 20 year average and adding 12 points on, means 57.5 points over the season... which is currently exactly what our ppg is currently.
Knight only just returning to the squad, Kazim and Bielik still to come back. A young squad improving and gaining confidence as the season progresses... I see no reason we we couldn't stay up.
16 points (as hinted at by Mel) would be moving into the realm of being tricky but not impossible. Anything more than that and it becomes a task of ensuring the admin points are applied to this one, rather than next season in L1.

Probably the most likely option if things did go that badly.
Attendance figures would likely be around 15k. Never going to be sharing with Forest or Stoke. Next closest with a 15k capacity is Leicester, Coventry, Villa, Sheff Utd/Weds... bit of a trek to all of those.

And we spent it all wisely. I don't see how anyone can excuse Mel for being so reckless with the club! But what is absolutely galling is his constant excuse-making. If he'd kept a better eye on the budget we wouldn't be in such a mess, and we could have had the covid loan! We would probably still have a stadium and wouldn't be in administration.

Quick finger in the air adjustments based on £4m 2018 loss, also gives a £6m loss in 2020... an extra 6 points deducted.
Talk was 9 points (plus 3 suspended).... 5 (plus 3) if you tske the 2018 points away. This would be equivalent to £10-12.5m overspend in 1 other period, or combined overspend in 2 other periods by £4-8m. It doesn't sound too far fetched to believe we exceeded the limts under straight line in 3 different periods (2018, 2019 and 2020).

Fantastic game today Roos and the defence were again immense but nobody stopped working across the pitch. Went with Grand Kids for their first game and even in the North stand it was loud to the extent that the youngest (6) was struggling to cope with the noise the eldest (8) got right into it ‘when’s the next match can I go’ a proud day to support our great club UTR

Ghost of Clough got a reaction from RoyMac5 in Administration - In practical terms
My interpretation was that we WERE losing £1.5m a month and it's less now.
£20m drop in revenue during the 15-ish months without fans in grounds, so round that off to £15m for last season. We had a pre-covid income of £30m, so £1.5m pm meant total costs last season were around the £33m mark.
Maybe I've misinterpreted previous tweets though.
