I’ve mentioned this before but I spoke to one of the fa assessors regarding Rosenior and at the time I was very dubious about him as assistant like some on here I wondered if he had any input 
I was told by the assessor himself that …Rosenior was one of the brightest most innovative young coaches he’d seen and said he’d go on to be a great coach and maybe manager …it changed my mind about him and he should’ve been given until the end of the season as minimum ….instead we have archaeic Warne ball percentage basketball end to end no midfield garbage 

His service has been woeful though for a long time and he's been dining on hopeful crosses lumped in to the box. Most of the time competing with both centre halves because we dont have the midfield legs to get in to the box and support. Now we are getting a bit more quality in there with Wilson supporting you are seing a return.

But Hull weren’t favourites for promotion and he has taken them from a relegation battle to be play off contenders. Not doing bad young ‘Caretaker’ Liam 😉

Are the Wednesday fans actually for real? What a horrible fan base, feel bad for the black players on their team knowing they have a racist following. If the EFL had anything about them they'd take some serious action.

It’s all opinions re enjoyment. I’ve always enjoyed a direct game where the ball moves from defence to attack quickly. I actually enjoyed a few of the Gary Rowett games. I distinctly remember us turning Fulham over on a Tuesday night where Dave Nugent was on fire.
 
Gonna get pelters for this but Warne’s football is the worst I have seen in my time watching Derby. We are in the lowest position we have ever been since I have started watching the Rams, and there is such an absence of any football know how on the pitch. No midfield, no game plan, just get it out wide and cross until the ball somehow lands at the strikers feet.

I was against it when it was announced, he stuck with us through all those hard times kept us fighting then got dumped.

I am convinced we don't survive the Champ under Warne, his tactics are no match for the quality of that division. We'd get passed off the park, but we don't need to speculate the evidence is already there from his Rotherham stint.

...and I don't understand your desire to embellish the job he's doing while using 'cautionary tales' as a distraction.
The expectation from inside and outside the club is that we're challenging for the top two, but the way you talk it would be acceptable / understandable if we were 12th.
The failure of other teams to do what they're supposed to is not our business. The relegated teams have their own s*** to sort out, we've got a year's preparation / 'progress' on them.
I know the league is weaker this year because I watch our games and see the quality of opposition, I see how poorly we can play and get away with it simply due to having just two or three players who can pull out that little bit of class every now and then, while the opposition broadly fail to capitalise on our mistakes.

Thought Max had a good game today , especially 2nd half , good goal too, don’t understand all this negativity towards him

As soon as he moved into that 3 man midfield he looked like a weight had been lifted from his shoulders. 
Suddenly he was able to be in the right place at right time, instead of chasing around after players on his own.
He also started finding players with passes much more consistently, as he had options around him instead of having to force a ball wide asap.

He is a CM/DCM. Deep lying midfielder but creative passer.
He brought the ball down brilliantly and played it to Sibley for the free kick for the first goal. Then scored.
Then the subs came on and he was the deepest midfielder with space to play.
For the second goal, Cashin made a run forward but misplaced his pass allowing them to break. Bird read the danger, ran back to intercept the forward before laying it square to Bradley to start the attack for the second goal.
Just because he doesn't do massive crunching tackles, 60 yard balls or dribble past 5 opponents doesn't mean he isn't a good CM. His work is more subtle and not everyone can see it. 
Every manager picked him regularly. A top 6 championship club tried to sign him. He isn't having a great season but he has been around our 5th or 6th best player. Running around in a 2 with someone who can't run against against a 3 every week is difficult, tiring and I imagine dispiriting.

I’m happy for Warne to finish the season. But I would get rid regardless of the outcome.
Hopefully we get promoted, and we can thank Warne for his efforts and contribution in getting us back on track.
But if we don’t get promoted, he just can’t stay on. It’s an awful league, and this season in particular, the competition is so poor with the three relegated sides from last season all a mess.
If we can’t finish above Posh, Pompey and Bolton this season, we’ve got no chance of finishing above Wednesday or QPR next season.
Posh looked so much better than us the other week. There appeared to be a clear gulf. And to put into perspective, Posh would be a bottom six side in the Championship.
