Why is Rooney in the squad if Warne has no intention of playing him?
He has more football in his little finger than the Chuckle Brothers Warne signed. Surely it’s better to play him and Thompson than Bradley and Hourihane whose only running is to jog to the corner flag.

Oxford played very well. Passed the ball about created chances. At least one team played some football. I don’t claim to know the answer but I do know we were rubbish tonight.

No different to when Knight and NML worked so well together. Ward and Nat can work together to create opportunities.
Easier if when Ward receives the ball deep, he can give and go with a player in front of him.

I’d counter that by saying that if the boy can play he will find like-minded players in Bird, Smith and Hourihane.
We have to get the ball on the deck to be successful and changing personnel is crucial to that aim.

I think because we’re unlikely to find a defence as porous as Burton’s. 
Certainly not against a well organised team like Oxford.
We’ll need a third attacker.

He’s literally the only player we have with pace. He needs to play. 

No direct flights from Cape Verde to pride park Tuesday night but I’ll be watching on ramstv despite my other half’s protests and I’ll be back for Saturday’s game!

It's the greatest pain anybody could ever suffer.  It shatters you and you spend the rest of your life trying to put yourself back together.  Some of the pieces will always be missing though.  You learn to live around it, but it's never easy. Wishing you all the best.

Yep I’ve lived the experience of losing a child too and that’s maybe why I cut sharp a bit of slack , for me it’s not just the direct abuse he has taken and responded to , what I felt for a long time was I hated being around people who got / get stressed , angry , up tight , ect ect ect over stuff that in my position I felt was duck all ( I know everything is relative ) and I could bubble inside and want to strangle them ,
I don’t know how recent your loss is and I know there’s bugger all anybody can say that really helps , all I can offer you is my experience and the conclusion I am at now which is , you never get over it but rather you learn to survive it and there does come a time when you can allow yourself to feel happy without feeling guilty about being happy ,
 

Yes, I really enjoyed The Newsroom and would give it an eight over its run. Agree with you however on that last episode.
Felt more Richard Curtis than Aaron Sorkin. 
Again I felt it was ironic that a series about the conflict between doing news the serious way and providing entertainment for ratings is played out in the series itself. There were some really interesting stories about what’s really happening out there and as the series rolled on, it became Ally McBeal, with couples bickering and flirting in a witty fashion, just with a bit of news thrown in.
I’ll miss it though. I thought Daniels, Mortimer and Waterston were excellent in their roles.
