Does it have to be an either/or with Sibley and Morrison?
I thought both played well and both looked committed to the cause yesterday.

I am frustrated at the situation that the club is in but I will always support the team. All I ask is for the players and the manager to give everything. It is the owner that is responsible for this mess, not them.

Not surprisingly support increases when a team is doing well, just remember the heady days of 2014 when Pride Park was filled to the rafters...."Since I was young" bouncing off the roof.......
Ironically we are in a hole, the polar opposite situation and I suppose many supporters will...."stop supporting"

As a fan base, have we got the metal and love for the RAMS that the club is going to need over the next year or two. We often talk of our fantastic support, well we'll see. I rather suspect it will turn out not to be as solid or loyal as we often believe.

I understand the anger and frustration, hell even shame of Derby fans right now but I'm not sure what Mel Morris is supposed to do at this juncture.
He wants to sell but if no one wants to buy what can he do?
If he sacks Rooney that's another debt that pushes us back.
We have to be very careful in choosing who we add to the squad and presumably that will be Rooney's decision.
The problem for me lies with a bunch of players with no ambition. There's no one really barking at this team. There's no one saying give it to me cis I'm having a go.
It's all sideways and backwards because that's the safe option.
We lack physicality. I saw Bird, Aluko, Baldock, Buchanan all pushed off the ball with ease.
We need to identify the players who will run through brick walls for Derby County and we need a different captain because Lawrence so often goes missing.
    That's not Mel's fault.

If you’re doubting his attitude over the course of a season then maybe but talent wise, he’s head and shoulders above this lot.
He’s Picasso the others are painting by numbers. So predictable, slow and safe. Limited footballers, no ambition.
If we can sign four, then for me it’s Wisdom (or Mengi if that reopens), Jagielka, Morrison and Carroll.
Stearman looks like a Div 2 centre half, ponderous in possession and slow on the turn.
Baldock is no forward. Aluko past it.
No room for Jagielk and Davies and whilst I love him, Curtis’s injuries rule him out for me. Would love him to stay in some capacity, though.
Let Hutchinson and Forsyth out on loan, sell Lawrence and Buchanan and bring in at least one forward who can run and get in the box.

Same as last season. Lots of nice interplay but few players who want to take real responsibility for making or scoring a goal.
Players look relieved to be out of possession.
Carroll has been tidy. Max Bird likes a long raking pass but this slows things down.
Morrison looks the most likely to score a goal but looks frustrated by those around him.
Byrne looks sharp, Buchanan less so.
Jagielka would be good if he had pace next to him but over twenty yards he looks like me!
    Lawrence is no captain.
Aluko flatters to deceive, nice moments followed by wasteful ones.
It's early and impossible to make long term judgments but these are the ones I have made on one half of football.

I love my cricket but just don’t see what benefits it adds on top of the 20/20 and the big negative is that it has destroyed this year’s domestic 50 over competition with Derbyshire fielding probably there weakest ever Xl in a competitive match, in my lifetime anyway…

    Interesting.
I last played in under 17's/3rd XI games about 10 years ago before giving the game up to do stupid things like go to pubs and nightclubs.
However, recently got the itch to play again and started practicing and looking to join a club in the winter for indoor games and hopefully play next summer.
Not sure what it was that made me want to, think it's probably a case of getting into watching it recently with the India tests being on TV, World Cup win, T20's being on TV. I'm not massively sold on the Hundred but it's some of the only games I'll get to see.
More games on terrestrial has to happen - monkey see, monkey do.

I think it's dangerous to try to convert a promising right back into a forward.
I'm hoping this is an exercise in improving his final shot/ ball rather than a long term aim.
Too many of our young players are being compromised by being played out of position.
Festy needs space to accelerate like a jet. That's why he's best picking the ball up deeper.

Although I cannot place a bet here, I am arranging through a friend in the uk a bet that the Rams will get promotion 16/1 is a nice price and worth a good punt.
FWIW I would rather cut off my own arm than either bet against the rams or bet on them being relegated, anyone who does is beneath contempt

As a talent Buchanan is more promising. He went through a bad patch and his confidence dropped so I can see why Rooney dropped him but long term he's the better option.
I was surprised when we extended Forsyth's contract. He's on the decline and more Div 1 than championship.

I also don't see many goals in the six you've said above.
