Philmycock reacted to PistoldPete in The Administration Thread
I think the EFL statement came across as the desperate one.
The compensation claims are just of nuisance value more than anything.
The admin team have a duty to act on behalf of the creditors. They clearly do not regard Boro and Wycombe as creditors. And they should know about these things. They are clear about the legal position so there should be no need for a fire sale which would be very damaging for our finances.
The good thing is that the admin team have made it now in the open what I have been suspecting for some time.. they don't seem to be getting on with EFL any better than Morris did.. they have just been more polite and subtle about their differences.
But now they are calling out the EFL for the duck jobs that they are. And rightly so.

Philmycock reacted to FlyBritishMidland in A call to action
I think there definitely needs more coverage in the media about the Middlesbrough and Wycombe claims. I was telling a couple of mates about it in the pub tonight and they didn’t know anything about it and couldn’t understand how it could happen.
If I was Rooney I’d just let rip in my post match conference tomorrow and say it how it is. And I’d also say if the EFL want to fine me, get on with it. I think that’s the only way it will all come to light as it would be in all the papers and on all the radio and TV stations.

Philmycock reacted to Leeds Ram in How are you feeling now? @14/1/22
I don't think liquidation is inevitable but I'm certainly more nervous of this happening than at any point during this process. If we can't sue the efl to let the takeover go through and the claims aren't settled then we could easily run out of money and time. It's absolutely sickening that these 2 parasites could kill the club and the efl are actively helping them to do it. There needs to be significant pressure legally put on the efl and pressure on boro and wycombe's owners to drop the claims by any legal avenue available to us.

I can't verbalise just how much this what I also think about is happening to the Club, and what is right and proper. Where is that 'legend' Mel Morris with an anonymous donation?!

Philmycock got a reaction from Andicis in Steve Gibson trying to liquidate Derby
If Gibson & Wycombe are so confident in their claims, let our take over go ahead then sue us.
Only they won't will they, because everyone 100% knows they'd lose, so they do it now when we're on our knees, circling like vultures over a wounded animal, with the EFL complicit in their hideous actions.
Karma will be a beautiful thing, I can't wait for that day to come.
