This is exactly the problem, he showed “proof of funds” and yet evidently didn’t have them. That suggests to me the “proof” the EFL and Quantuma required was not good enough. Same for the fit and proper person test, we all know that’s a complete nonsense. I could make the highest bid, but if it’s Monopoly money, I shouldn’t be made preferred bidder. This has to be sorted out, for the next club in our position as much as anything else.

I'm guessing that some of you will have seen that we have previous with Andronikou involved as an administrator with us; and fair to say that those of our support who remember him hold him in utter contempt. 
I sincerely hope you manage to rid yourself of Morris' tenure and are able to move on properly from all this without him having any control over any of the assets your club needs to move forward.
Look after yourselves - and hopefully when we meet next season things will be on a bit more of an even keel for you.

Not a chance. Otherwise he's no doubt be under investigation in the US by now.
He never had the money. Never sent any money. Never paid any wages. AML is just a plausible excuse introduced by Nixon.
He obviously likes to hang out with famous and wealthy people, mainly sportsmen. At least he's probably got Rooney's mobile number out of it - although I doubt they'll be hanging out together. 

Regardless of how much money he has, I find it concerning that there’s red flags already.
I appreciate the honesty, and desire to have a good relationship with fans, but he’s talking as if he has already bought the club. Plenty of opportunity for him to back out, or others to overtake him in the process yet.
The childish behaviour on social media is the worst thing for me. We have someone like Wayne Rooney who remains professional and tries his best to do as he says, and bring back some pride and respect to the Club. Then on the other hand, we have someone who storms on the scene and publicly makes playground comments like “you suck.”
Repairing our reputation and relationship with the EFL after the last few years isn’t going to be easy, and it certainly won’t be helped by an eccentric businessman trying to show off in front of his new friends.
 
 

Just seen that he’s posted on Twitter that “nottingham forest sucks” from a question a Forest fan has goaded him into not answering.
Im sorry but this bloke has Alonso vibes all over him.
I don’t want any potential owner putting that type of content out on social media. It’s simply not professional at all.
What makes this worse, he isn’t even the owner yet. Appleby is being very professional as far as I can tell. This guy seems to be liking the attention a little too much already.
