I dont comment much on here any more, but i read... everyone is entitled to their opinion. Here's mine.  I live in London, and went last night, i wont be going again and wasting my money while Warne is still our Manager. He is so stuck in his ways and thinking, last night was the worst performance ive seen from a Derby side in years. People said to give him time and the chance to bring in his type of player, he's had that, and i hate his brand of football, game after game get it wide, and  cross after cross to players like Collins who's strength is balls to feet in channels !! I cant be too arsed to debate the whys and wherefores, its pointless as Warne wont change, he isnt able to because of catch 22...Warne had some success with his 'brand' of football at Rotherham and the Saint who owns us knew we had limited resources and obviously thought that Warnes type of football was our best chance, and i hope he is correct for the sake of the club i love.
Yes, i was a Rosenior fan, and wish he had been given time, despite people saying 'You cant play tippy tappy Pep football in league 1...' i didn't want him gone, thats not why im against Warne, i Just dont like his 'brand'.
See you in the crowd again when Warne has gone....

Not much to add to what's been said, in truth I was never inspired by the PW appointment, but I kept reading in various places (here and from professional sources) that he was a good  manager, so I just watched and waited, it wasn't bad, going unbeaten for some 16 game's? Then after Xmas it started changing....
    Excuses started :-
    ' These are Roseniors players'
'He needs to get his type of player in'
    'Give him time'
Well he's got his own players, hand picked, and in fairness it's only 3 game's in.
PW says he's been thwarted in the market re new players, but my guess is that looking at the last 3 games I wonder which players are going to be wanting to join us/him ?
Yes we need a striker or two, but people saying Collins is a carthorse should look at his showreel most goals he scored are balls played into feet/channels not from crosses for headers.
I'm tired of managers that shoehorn players into roles that try to suit their style, players who then get pelters from fans for not playing well in that role, which demoralises them, and they spiral down...
So my worry is that fans are going to get on everyone's back and confidence will drop in the changing room and this season will get even worse until 'something gives'....
I'll just wait fingers crossed that people were right, PW is a good manager, support the club as I always have,  but I'm hoping that Clowes has a good plan B ready.

No disrepect to anyone but whats his record 6 goals in 37 appearances? Seems like Warne is just trying to pick up as many 'old faithfuls' as possible in this recruitment drive, yes they did a job for him before, but I have my concerns about this policy, that's all I'm saying..

My jury is still out on Warne.

Amazing that only a matter of weeks ago we were days, possibly hours from being wiped from the face of the earth, we’re still in enormous debt and yet some fans are saying we should go out and buy a striker like we’ve magically turned into a normal football club again.
