Completely agree. The ref seemed to basically say if the keeper doesn't save it, he needs to get out of the way otherwise it's a penalty.
Dixon chatting some crap about the keeper challenging for the ball - which he patently didn't do. He stood there with his hands out and the player ran into him.

Should be surely, but refs fall for it all the time when strikers just run into defenders who are standing their ground.

It’s pretty much the same.
Without Bellingham I don’t think we play this way. He literally is the first name on the teamsheet because he is the only true box-to-box machine we have in there.
 

We played 433.
Bellingham is more box-to-box, Henderson was the furthest one forward pressing and Rice was holding.
We played far better today and in this tournament in general than previously in a back three.
Bellingham has been key. He really is a monster in midfield and would get in any team in the world.

The ref couldn't wait to stop the game when hernandez went down at the end, yet let the game run when Saka was down after being fouled in the run up to their goal.
 
I don't mind officials letting 'old style' contact go, as long as it's the same for both sides. Clearly that wasn't the case throughout the first half

As the decision happened outside the box, VAR couldn’t then instruct to award a free-kick. It was play on.
Saka is either being fouled all over the shop or he is going down too softly.
The ref isn’t giving anything.
England need to get more physical.
