Let's Talk al-Notts Rovers

Simon Cox, Billy Sharp, Danny Collins, Henri Lansbury, Greg Halford, Daniel Ayala, Adlene Guedioura. You couldn't make it up.

Those highlighted I'd have in Derby's side, the rest are either not fulfilling their potential or haven't any to begin with...

Those highlighted in red, it helps if he can play more than twice a month with his suspensions...

One would have to say, without sounding like the sore loser trying to trivialise the ‘achievements’ of our rivals, that losing to Derby actually did us a world of good. Character is built through times of adversity, and it says something for the team and the management that we have been unbeaten since then. A couple of days after that game, I wrote that the result would be ‘unremarkable history’. I could be wrong... much to everyone’s surprise, I’m sure!

Very true, for all the hype neither of them stood out in the City Ground Cup Final day against us. Sharp stood out for all the wrong non-football reason though, feel sorry for him tbh as he probably thought he'd be playing Premiership football in front of packed stadiums.

After reading some of the gump wumming on here, it's obvious there's still a lot of pain caused by their big cup final loss against us. If their only respite is to spam away attendances on our forum, well they've only run out of tears, coins and batteries 'http://www.dcfcfans.co.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':D' />

Did they really lose 10,000 home fans after their defeat to the mighty rams? fickle fickle gumps

Elvis your back 'http://www.dcfcfans.co.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' /> Great to see some hard core red support. ( Thanks for the heads up )

I see they don't want Cox at Derby ( Someone should have told Nigel Clough LOL )

CAN WE HAVE PAUL WILLIAMS BACK ?

Or would that be too much for them to take

I'm quaking in my boots for the time when Cox dusts the chip about being a bit part player in an established Prem side off his shoulder. He'll be the next Messi I'm sure...

Doesn't it irk you that despite playing such awe-inspiring football (the likes of which were clearly absent then we beat you) you're still only 2 points ahead of use??? Surely with your financial clout and your manager being the Chamionship's own 'Mini Pep' you should be unbeaten and already out of sight... Perhaps you'd like to explain why you're not...

that sounds familiar.

oh, sorry. We've been unbeaten from then onward compared to since then.

Trying to claim Forest are bigger than Derby is trying to claim an ant is bigger than a maggot..

Reality is, you're a smallfry club that absolutely no-one gives a **** about and are only in existance to make up the numbers and occasionally feed bigger, more powerful clubs like Fulham and West Ham..

How does it feel to know that you've won 2 Euro Cups but if someone like Wigan came sniffing for a player they'd be off in a flash.. Do you know what that means.. Past glories are that, in the past.. No-one cares about them..

As for recent history... If you're so good, why have you lost to a **** team like Derby 3 times on the trot?

Its difficult to say at this time, if our third choice, Cox, would be a bit part player in our Premiership, however Messi would OK,

I can explain why we're not, but you wouldn't understand.

P.S. Is it cricket for our personal profiles to be tampered with?, is this not our personal information that is being tampered with, are we going to have fun, or shall we just be childish! LOL

Ofcourse they are going to choose Wigan ahead of us, as they are in the premier league... However I'm fairly sure of we get to the premier league then a player would rather go to us than Wigan.

Really? Because your best defender left to go to Leicester City... Or is that because they're a bigger club?

And what about Kris Commons a few years ago.. Wasn't he your best player and didn't he leave to go to some other club in the same division? Fancy that.. The Forest massives losing their best players to fellow NPC clubs..
