Last Friday for example I went for a 7.5m run before breakfast, drove to work (can't remember why I didn't cycle) and got my 10,000 step as I got to my desk. 8 hours later I left to go home and had only done another 2,500 steps. Highlight was a couple of techies arguing over the difference between a sound recording 'being' balanced or 'having ' balance. Finally got to hotel.
