With Clement showing little sign of understanding to sort the problem out. He tried but playing Hendrick up front to give Martin midfield support wasn't the answer.

The wholesale changes against Fulham were just a throw of the dice.

Clement wasn't sacked on results. Any comparisons with clubs which have had "blips" or "capitulated" without sacking managers is completely ignoring the facts to fit agendas but carry on anyhow.
