Ibe on loan/buy, hasn't really replicated his success since leaving here. Rawson plus a young CB on loan next year as back up to Keogh and Pearce. I'd try for wisdom too. Bent out and replace him with someone like che Adams. Then maybe a young midfielder to replace bryson (may it be from the academy or elsewhere)

Kevin Großkreutz is a free agent. World Cup winner and only 28 years old.

Although, he did have his contract terminated by mutual consent by Stuttgart earlier this year for being involved in a bar fight so not sure what kind of character he is now days.

Unless there's a significantly better option in the offing, I would make a move for Leadbitter as CDM and a leader of men who knows what it takes to get promotion.

I think we'd be mad not to get Grant Leadbitter in, exactly the type of player we need. Great leader, loves a tackle, won promotion and at 31 certainly not past it

Guarantee if not us then another top 6 championship team will snap him up, a horrible team like Sheff Wednesday, and be the better for it.

You'd be crazy not to Gazza!

Hibs striker Jason Cummings? 68 goals in 140 appearances for the Hibees. Still only 21-years-old. Wouldn't likely cost a great deal either.

League 2/National League equivalent league he is currently playing in though.....

It's a good point. Maybe ship Butterfield out to bring him in.
