Rawson didn't play yesterday he was an unused substitute for Coventrys 2-1 win against Gillingham wonder if they will send him back like Rotherham did.

Kwame Thomas scored yesterday which was good for the lad .

Always thought he tried in Derby reserves and I liked the lad but Derby let him go and McClaren would never use him and he preferred Russell at CF  for the injured Martin the 2014/2015 season when we ended up 8th

Yes,

Some discussion that he picked a player for yesterday's game and, in doing so, triggered a contractual clause for the player that owners would have preferred not to have been triggered.

Then again, it may simply be the 1 win in 13 games that has seen Cov tumble from 23rd place to, well 24th! A great appointment.

Club have been careful with wording of Slade's leaving referring to being 'relieved of duties' - it is possible he couldn't be sacked as there was no contract.

Not sure that loaning them Rawson and Vernam has worked out well from our perspective unless the plan was to show them what the other side of football is like.

Coventry sack Russell Slade....

Hardly a surprise. Seems a nice bloke but as far as being a manager of a professional football club he's absolutely useless. Think he'd be better off taking up teaching or insurance salesman.

Was it a Lee Morris situation?
