eddie Posted February 12, 2016 Share Posted February 12, 2016 I went there for the first time the year QPR got promoted from the second division for the first time (1967-68 I think). They had a fantastic up-and-coming team, having recently won the League Cup as a third-division team) and Derby were just starting out on our Clough journey. It was my first away match going on my own. We beat them 1-0 (Zak scored, I think) and eventually did the double over them. It's always been a favourite ground of mine.
