And that's on a good day,.i'm sorry,Whitbread-Dawkins-Pearce-Shotton,These type of signings,on wages alone, before the new recruitment policy would be unacceptable, and could be more to follow Dawkins was a good player. McMuffin
The way things are going Shotton might finish above us! Well at least one Ram (for now) may get promotion after all!

Rampage
Albentosa, Shotton and Pearce out with Buxton fit for five minutes. Rawson is still raw. ASKING FOR BIG TROUBLE in my opinion unless we sign a cracking centre half. Don't you BUY the new player before you SELL the others?

Ambitious
I think it's a good move - for both him and us. Shotton became a bit of a joke here and once the jokes start it's hard to stop them. I hope he does well at Birmingham, you can't fault his effort even if he's ability was questionable.
Leicester Ram
Reasonably mobile CB, versatile and scored a few from set-pieces. Not quite the standard of defender we needed, but will probably be decent enough at Brum. Good luck to him.

RamNut
Albentosa - i should imagine was actually a Mo Camara recommendation, I bet chris evans is ruing the day he kopped for that one. pearce and shotton - i assume where both chris evans. Tbh Pearce on a free is not a bad signing, its just he doesn't want to be a reserve at 27 and therefore its misguided. shotton for £1m is not far off Conor sammon territory. maydrakin
I thought Shotton was 500k. Decent squad player, and seemed to be a good guy, but never raised his game enough to stake his place in the team. I wish him all the best.
Abu Derby
I would think that we would have definitely made a loss on this one, assuming he goes for good. I'm fairly at at ease that we've got shot of him.

MackworthRamIsGod
He would have been a great player for Derby if fans weren't expecting him to come in and be our Igor Stimac. I still wonder if we get promoted, will he return?
TroyDyer
Seems odd to me, unless we are bringing in a defender, to react to conceding 7 goals in two games, by making competition for places even less intense.
RamNut
A 27 year old spanish defender in a spanish team speaking spanish to one another is a totally different situation. he's started 12 out of 21 games and was on the bench for the last match. when he plays, he plays in keoghs position. RamNut
The problem with albentosa was repeated with Pearce. too old to sit on the bench. Not good enough to get in the team. never mind the language difficulty, the culture change, the insoles, and head coach who didn't really want him according to Eric Steele.
