Just looked at the stats and Keogh makes more tackles, interceptions, clearances, blocks and dribbles per game than Pearce.

Keogh makes less fouls and has a higher pass completion percentage.

Also Keogh is probably quicker than Pearce.

I'd start with Keogh and Shackell and if he makes a mistake swap to Pearce. Keogh was our best defender last season and deserves a go alongside someone that can actually defend (Shackell) before he gets dropped.

Bucko's **** out of luck.

Could say he's been Shackled! ?

In 3 months time Shackell will be wondering how he can displace Sir Jake.

Every time we've signed a replacement so far he's seen them off, however i think Shackell will be a bridge too far.

Best back up in the league mind.

Shackell Buxton partnership. P11 W4 D3 L4 Points = 15

that was the 11/12 season, a much weaker team abd both players have improved significantly

I heard Bucko state in an interview that his left foot was supposed to be his weaker foot, so he'd done well playing on the left. No reason he couldn't play on the right.
