Animal is a Ram
Objectively. Below both Forest (20th) and Leicester. (21st)
tomsdubs
That table is about 10-15 years old.
Animal is a Ram
Nope. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-3011776/Are-Manchester-United-Liverpool-Arsenal-Chelsea-biggest-club-Sportsmail-s-study-finally-settles-football-s-great-debate.html
tomsdubs
It just looks old, also look at the income rating for florest not sure how accurate that is. I'm also interested to see where they got their historical crowd data from. I imagine the 80s is part of our dip.
Chris_D
the way they score 'crowd' is a load of old nonsense for a start

curb
Blackburn and Bolton above us should tell you all you need to know about that table. Two piss poor clubs that added together can't even match our number of season ticket holders.
jono
can't agree with that Curb because some of the weighting for rank is based on history and most of the Lancs Mill town clubs have considerable history ... Bolton, Blackburn, PNE, Blackpool, Burnley et al.bottom line is I reckon our real position now along with our history, record and to tradition makes our rank in this table look pretty accurate. Can't figure Leicester though ? And Chelski as someone else said .. 3rd for crowds ? Surely not ?
tomsdubs
It isn't massively far off but there are some anomalies there.

TigerTedd
Not to worry, by the end of next season we'll have another year of prem football to add to our total (touch lots of wood, I think not enough people have been touching wood this season). Leicester a Forest won't. So we'll leapfrog them.
