Best WASN'T given a lot of game time to prove himself However Bent is by far and away a better player, signing and asset than Best ever would have or was going to be... Is Smacca generally doing a good job? Yes... Do I have faith in him? Yes... Was the Best signing a mistake? With hindsight yes... But at the time I thought it was a shrewd signing for what was on the market... However as soon as he knew Bent was available he ditched Best and signed Bent... Edit: Are you drunk maybe? Best was so unlucky that if he fell into a bag of tits, he'd come out sucking his thumb ! (The old ones are the best ....). Bent will get us the lucky goals that'll get us over the line.
