No, I think you misunderstood. A man cancelled his ST because the football was rubbish (according to Vicars). This annoys me as I'm someone who will always stick with Derby. It clearly annoyed Vicars as well and that's understandable. But in his job, the correct response was to welcome these fans back.

Yes I did, sorry.

Wouldnt you need a customer number for the play off semi final to?

For semi final game we were buying from derby direct. So could go into ticket office, state your ticket number and buy.  Wembley, .....derby released to third party firm the list of who could/could not purchase a ticket at set stages .....

I once cancelled my season ticket under Tom Glick ....after I was unhappy with the August transfer dealings ......was the time we actually tried to also sell Hulse for

Vicars makes more gaffs and subsequent apologies than a UKIP MEP.

Well, half right.

2 gaffs is about 98 less than your average UKIP MEP, and 2 apologies is about 2 more.

Apparently some Forest fan has reported Shotton to Derby media department for a Nottingham tweet.

As sad as that is, I don't like players gloating before the event. Just invites trouble. Act professional, keep your head down, get the job done on the pitch, then say what you want.

The "offending" Tweet from Shotton...

"It's awfully quiet over in Nottingham!"

"Someone has actually called the media office at #dcfc to report me for my last tweet!!! Hahaha this just gets better and better!"

Wish he wouldn't tweet that four days before the game.

It's that sort of thing that tempts fate and come backs to haunt you.

Umm...I think he's just changed his Twitter handle. Maybe he has got a new job? https://twitter.com/LookProGoSlow

EDIT: Actually that looks like an account he used to run alongside his DCFC one. Rush has probably banned him from Twitter. Makes sense as Rush always talks about ensuring we have good relationships with other clubs. His Ipswich tweet must have crossed a line.
